I like that the hotel was close to shops and restaurants.

I did not the fact that I called and ask if I can check in early and I was told no they did not do early check-ins. However, I arrived at around 12 noon they were checking other guest in early. I was told check in was after 3p and no early check ins.

Friendly staff, clean room and great location!

Proximity to train and bus stops.

Poor or no telephone service. Ice available in lobby, only, and not allowed to take more than glass of ice to rooms (although ice buckets are available).Loss of electricity when attempting to use coffee maker. No movie renting. No English tv programs.

It was clean, in a safe looking area and the staff was friendly.

The location was 10/10. The staff were friendly. The hotel was extremely clean. I recommend it.

Location, close to the Parc des Princes and to the metro. Otherwise, pretty distant from the main core tourist activities. Besides that, the place is impeccable, simple, easy and accessible.

The temperature in the room was just, blazing hot.

Everything was superb. Friendly helpful staff, lovely room and next to Parc des Princes for the PSG game. Bars and food places nearby.

Everything was perfect. The check in was from 15:00 but our room was ready by 14:10. The receptionists all three were amazing and very very helpful. The location was perfect for us, you could go around with the metro located just next to the hotel. The room was very clean and cozy. The temperature was warm since now it’s colder outside. I’ll stay here again when I come back to Paris.

Location was great - next to the Porte de St Cloud. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and very quiet. There’s a great food market on a Sunday morning right next to the hotel

The room was excellent and had everything needed for a longer stay. Extremely clean. The location was great, a bit away from the city bustle, but perfect in terms of peace and safety during the night.

Too frequent checking whether we were in the room and if they could come in, even when the “do not disturb” sign was on the door, they would still try to enter. It was quite exhausting.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with all that we needed for a one night stay. Good choices for breakfast, although some cooked foods could have been hotter. Having said that nothing was cold. It's location for either Roland Garros or PSG stadium was good. At least 2 restaurants were near by as well along with a convenience shop.

The view from the room was a scaffold site and not knowing prior that work was ongoing was a disappointment

Overall

Good-sized, clean, and tidy room. Conveniently located with nearby transportation to all major attractions in Paris.

Had an excellent stay. Less than a minute from the metro. Had a supermarket next to it. All in all highly recommend for families with kids.

Very limited options for breakfast.

Friendly receptionist - good restaurant within 50 yards

could have done with more help getting to PSG Stadium for important day long meeting

Ideal location as we had our son playing rugby at the nearby stadium.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The adapted disabled room was facing a loud air conditioning system in the inner courtyard area which ruined any chance of a good night's sleep.

Clean room and cleaned to a great standard every day. Really close location to sporting venues that we were attending. Good local restaurants. Friendly staff. We had a lovely stay!

Clean, comfortable room in a fantastic location for access to Metro. Lovely neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly & helpful. On a busy road but we couldn't hear any noise - had a very peaceful night's sleep.

Very quiet as we had a back room.

Too hot and not allowed air con as ‘it is still winter’. However, it was April and 23 degrees.
