- We were very disappointed with the hotel. The room was tiny. The shower was also very small. We had to step over our luggage in single file to move around. It was too noisy outside to leave the window open but no air circulation in the room so it was very stuffy though we kept the heater turned off.The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The hotel may suit others but it definitely not for us.
- The location was amazing, very easy to get around Paris. The Port Royal metro is literally right outside.
- We came late one night and the door was locked but somebody quickly opened the door for us- it made us feel very safe with the security i had as it was late. There was also someone greeting us every morning and night with a friendly face. When it came to towels, towels, there was always someone coming in to get us new towels and ask if we needed anything. Lastly, We booked this place as it is right next to the train station which makes it so combinate to travel and explore Paris. You are also close to great tourist spots!
Cons -
- My white T-shirt went missing after room service lol, maybe it was mistaken for a pillow cover
- I want to mention that the room is TINY, we requested a fan for our room and did not ask for it as we could not imagine how we could make it fit. The shower is about a foot and a half long, you cannot turn the shower on fully as it drips into the floor if you do because of how small it is. You have little to no room to move in the bathroom. The bedroom has a small desk which would make the room convenient for one person to travel for work but if there is 2 of you I recommend getting at least 2 twin beds for the extra room (in case the room is more spacious) but it ireally hard to have 2 people in one room.
- The only downside (not the hotel’s fault) is some external noise from sirens, which is common in Paris.

The location was excellent , even the staff were very helpful , felt very safe , excellent heating for cold weather, even kept our luggage post check out , which was really helpful. I would highly recommend.
Excellent experience overall. The room was small but very comfortable and fully equipped. It had a nice bathroom with hot water, a wardrobe, a double bed, and a balcony with an amazing view. Daily cleaning, complimentary water, tea, and coffee, and very good heating even during cold days. The reception staff were extremely polite, always smiling and helpful. The hotel was very well organized, with informative emails before arrival and departure, and the option to store luggage after check-out.Everything was spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic, with a metro station right below the hotel offering direct access to the airport, many bus options, and walking distance to central areas.Highly recommended!

Cosy hotel located next to Port-Royal RER-B station, with h24 reception and friendly staff

Staff
Room to small Location not that good
The location and the staff! Main reasons to stay in this hotel
Breakfast: very very limited choice, almost nothing to eat. Overpriced for the quality offered. The shampoo was the worst part (a 2-in-1 product) that clean nothing
Super helpful staff, great views out of the top floor window, clean bathroom
There was nothing we didn't like, but if you are of particularly generous proportions, you might find the shower cubicle and the elevator a tad constricting
We went during winter and it was very warm. Nice staff
Property is unique and quirky
The stairs . Yes there is a lift to the 5th floor then you use the stairs to the top when you have luggage and tired from flying the stairs are the enemy but it doesn’t not ruin anything
We stayed in the room on the sixth floor with a great view. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very nice.
The elevator is very small, and the sixth floor is only accessible by stairs. The shower is tiny, and the shower room was not clean enough.
I promise you, the rooms, property are not what they appear with the online pictures. False BRAND image.Shame on Booking. Com for allowing this Hotel to post these false pictures Paint, all chipped off walls on elevator door, room doors, bathroom lobby.. we had booked 4 nights. We arrived very late and could not find another hotel until the next day. We checked out . We were they for a special occasion for my daughter. I had written to this hotel months in advance. They never replied. Our stay was magical at another hotel!
False advertising on their website .Details listed above.
Well presented, clean and comfortable. Good staff and good fresh breakfast. Very convenient for rer. Good views from 5th floor rooms towards central Paris. Lovely walk through Luxembourg park across the road.
It's on a busy intersection so there is noise at night.
The staff very friendly
Unfortunately, the hotel photos — including the rooms and bathroom — do not reflect the actual reality
Cleaness
Outside noice. No AC so the windows had to be opened.
Location is excellent- easy walk to station RER is next door but you don’t hear it - metro many in easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants and cafes etc near by.
Breakfast is good - just very tight for space.
It was like a little boutique hotel. Very cozy. Location is great. My balcony view was perfect. Just come in the cold months because they do not have air conditioning.
The room was very small but good for a solo traveler. However, the shower is extremely small. It is not made for a grown adult. Could not turn around in the shower and had to push the shower head to face the wall when I turned on the water if not it would have sprayed all over the bathroom.
Beds were comfortable. Right next to Metro station.
Bathroom very outdated. Peeling paint in bathroom.
