    Pros +

    • The hotel was very elegant, and the cleanliness of the hotel was obvious. The staff go way beyond to help you with all your needs.
    • Nothing the worst hotel I have ever been
    • great location. Don't forget to ask about room with view of Sacre Coure (spelling sorry).

    Cons -

    • The shower temperature was different from the bathtub temperature. When you tried to take a shower, the water temperature coming out of the showerhead was mildly warm and the temperature coming out of the tub faucet was scolding hot.
    • It was dirty nothing worked their was a trancheula in our room climbing the pillows lucky to have seen it before it bit me
    • The Hotel didn't have heating turned on and my room's air conditioning could only blow cold air not hot air. The temperature in Paris dropped to 6-10 degrees Celsius at night and the room was very cold at night. I caught a cold on my trip.

great location. Don't forget to ask about room with view of Sacre Coure (spelling sorry).

Parking was a bit of a pain. As long as you park early morning (before 8am) you should be ok.

    Friendly staff

Location on noisy intersection next to loud nightclub. Very small room. No dresser. Shower drain clogged. Bathroom door handle came off in my hand.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-3-2017

The staff was friendly and professional. Hotel employee provided each guest that walked in with his undivided attention and provided detailed explanations when needed. Working in customer service myself I was quite impressed.

Not sure I would rate it as 4 star but it was clean. The only issue was the key did not work the first night (very old nu boroque style) we had to sleep in another room until the locksmith came the next morning. They eventually moved us.

The free Handy Cellphone device available. All the help of a fully connected cellphone anywhere in Paris at no charge. Connects right to a Gmail cloud to save pics.

Thin curtains with lots of outside light off the street.

Proximity to public transportation, I couldn't ask for more. Staff was helpful and ambiance was good.

Rooms are really small, barely not enough space to move around. Bathroom has no cover, it only allows for use of bath tub not for showering.

Fun, something a bit different. Clean, friendly, included breakfast. Good wifi.

Thé staff Absolutely great and extremely courteous staff. I think it was best team out of all my experiences in Europe.

Infra breakdown But it was incidental. So no big issue

    Location

room is very small, like every one in Europe guess.

Among the other things, the easy access to the metro and the friendliness of the staff.

    Staff were magnificent.

it was wildly decorated but very clean and comfy - good location and very friendly helpful staff

could have better tea and coffee facilities at breakfast

    8LaurenPosted on: 2-16-2026

The staff were fantastic , nothing was too much trouble, the location was perfect for exploring the rest of Paris. Great restaurants within walking distance, with Montmatre and Sacre Court a short walk away. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The decor is slightly dated and our room was very small. We weren’t told about the facilities at the hotel - breakfast. But none of this impacted our stay, just points for improvement.

    10FirdousPosted on: 2-9-2026

had lift facilities, English speaking staff who were friendly

    6IonPosted on: 2-6-2026

    The location

The windows wouldn’t close all the way on any of the rooms. We had to change the room because of the cold coming from the window

    5LisaPosted on: 1-29-2026

The location is great and bed comfortable. Decor was fun.

The spa bath didn’t work, mould behind a curtain and no door on the bathroom. We also had a leak in the bathroom from upstairs on our last night. We did move rooms without an issue which was ok.
