Location. In the middle of the Latin Qtr. Close to metro,shops, restaurants. Great staff.

The staff is fantastic! Friendly and helpful. We had a great time. The location is near many places to eat and enjoy. Easy walk to subway. The hotel is quite and very clean. Shower is wonderful. Room is a bit small but we enjoyed it.

great small hotel , remodeled, very friendly staff, top floor suite was beautiful with two balconies,great views. Walking distance to train and nightlife of Latin quarter . Bus stop directly in front and stores/ restaurants all around. Fantastic hotel.

There was nothing I did like about this hotel. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again .As an typical American I did expect a lot more from the 15 euro per person buffet breakfast they offer. But hey, there are plenty restaurants close by.

The rooms were tiny, as expected in France. The breakfast was not included, and no food was available for purchase during the day.

There were bedbugs in my bed so I didn't sleep.

Easy check-in, friendly reception staff, room matched the photos, and I could leave my bags for a few hours after checkout.

Sound insulation from the corridor wasn't great, the room is quite small, and overall it feels a bit overpriced for what it is.

The location is perfect. You have restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop, metro. The reception is open 27/7 which is helpful. The staff is very nice and the cleaning is done daily.

Room is a bit tight on space with only room to open up one large suitcase at a time. Such is the Parisian lifestyle.

Positive point:I arrived early at 11:30am and was given a room right away, which I appreciated.

Negative points:Unfortunately, the overall level of this property is very low for a hotel charging around 100€ per night.The room was extremely noisy, with constant strange technical sounds coming from inside the walls, making it very disturbing.The common areas were poorly maintained. When I went to make a cappuccino in the main kitchen area, it was very dirty, with many dirty dishes left from previous guests.Last night, another guest and I tried to leave through the lobby, but the door was locked. We waited more than 15 minutes before anyone showed up. A man outside had to help us press the emergency intercom to get someone to open the door — this was uncomfortable and unacceptable for a hotel.This morning, the receptionist was unprofessional, spending most of his time on his phone, and came across as haughty and not polite. When I asked for my luggage from storage, he refused to help lift it, which is not the service expected at this price level.Overall, I am very disappointed. For 100€ per night, this hotel is far below standard in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and service. I would not recommend it.

Can’t take food to the room.

Great location. Clean and quiet room.

It was not evident by the booking.com listing that food was not allowed in the room. We had planned to shop local markets and eat in the room but didn't realize it was forbidden until we got there. It would have been nice to know in advance.

The room is too small for two people. It's impossible to keep your luggage open. There are no shelves in the shower to put shampoo, etc. The shower door opens inward and you can't get out without pressing yourself against the wall
