Pros +
- Location of the hotel was perfect. Great stuff especially the lady at the kitchen where breakfast was served. Nice breakfast also. Room has air conditioning. Room was also cleaned daily with new towels. Totally loved the experience.
- Location excellent. Room is small & clean, but also good value for overpriced Paris. Housekeeping is what’s really exceptional though. Never had to worry about fresh towels. Breakfast also pretty good.
- Very great hotel near Metro transportation and in a nice area with convenient stores and restaurants.
Cons -
- Self checkin is more complicated than it should.
- No elevator: be prepared to schlep your bags up a narrow, circular staircase. Minimal amenities, so bring your own soaps.
- The spiral staircase is the main filter. There is no elevator, so if you are on the top floor with heavy luggage, consider it your daily cardio. I knew this in advance, so it wasn't a shock, just a fact of life in an old building.Rooms are compact and walls are a bit thin - typical Paris and France

Great location, near restaurants and shops, near Metro. Very nice desk clerks. Quiet, comfortable room. On the shabby side, but full of charm.

The location is the main win here. You are steps away from the Metro, and the neighborhood feels lived-in and real, full of bakeries where locals actually eat.But the real surprise was the equipment. Having proper air conditioning and a Nespresso machine in the room is rare for a 2-star in Paris. Honestly, this alone puts it above 50% of the competition and forgives a lot of minor sins.Overall, it’s clean, functional, and exactly what it promises to be: a solid base camp for those who prefer to spend their budget on wine and museums rather than a hotel lobby.

Convenient, value price
Tiny room and tiny shower
Accessibility to Metro and a good selection of restaurants very close by.Room was clean and newly decorated with a large comfortable double bed. A small settee was a bonus.
The shower was very small.
The location was good for catching the metro anywhere I wanted to go in Paris
It was extremely loud. You could hear the other guests walking up and down the stairs and every door squeak and slam.
Overpriced hotel with poor quality rooms, limited service, and low-quality breakfast.
The rooms were very small and not comfortable at all. The bed was meant for two people, but it was too small—more like 1.5 in size, not a full double. The staff were helpful, but the reception was not open 24/7, so there was no one to assist after 8 PM in case of problems. The breakfast was low quality, with pre-packed items and no vegan, organic, or healthy options. The room was not equipped with enough towels. Although it is a 2-star hotel, the price did not match the facilities provided.
The location, breakfast, and staff courtesy.
Nice room for 3 persons on the ground floor. Nice breakfast served. Great location, metro is right around the corner from the hotel
More pillows.. cant sleep on the envelope like pillows :-)
Great value in the heart of the 14th arrondissement, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, nice neighborhood restaurants nearby and metro a few steps away
Grate location, nice stuff, nice breakfast, cozy
Little small
Space utilization is excellent for single rooms. Facilities are good ever though room was small and they have incorporated all the things efficiently.
Nothing much.

Great location close to Montparnasse Station and RER, clean, a good range of breakfast options (at least, everything you might want for breakfast: bread, butter, cheese, ham, salami, yogurt, cereal, juice, and tasty coffee from a machine).
It’s not something I disliked, just a heads up: please note that there is no lift and if you have a heavy suitcase, it might be really hard to take it up the steep staircase.
The staff , helpful , smiley and very willing to help. Clean , The area is great , the metro Line Four straight to Notre Dame . The cafes , the parks . Not touristy . I really liked it .
The only reason I took one point off is really my problem . The stairs . For a senior arriving from a 30 hour flight they were daunting . The staff helped me and after a day they were not a problem .
Location was great, easy to get from airport by RER and close access to metro.Friendly staff, very good breakfast, comfy bed, we could leave our bags before checking (and room was ready before the official time) and after checking at no cost. And the area offered several local cafes and restaurants with great food and not overpriced.
Everything was really good.
