Everything was amazing. The staff were kind and helpful, my room was cozy, I had everything I needed, and the bed was especially comfortable. I slept very well and made good use of the kitchen in the room. It was nice having the bed made and trash taken out for me. The gym is small, but well-equipped and clean, so I was able to do a few good workouts. I didn't end up using the laundry, but I was happy they had one. I had an easy time getting around Paris because the metro stations were relatively close (about 1km); and after check-out, they helped me call a taxi to the airport. It especially felt safe and I'm sure I'll be staying here again next time I'm in Paris.

The breakfast buffet didn't have many dairy-free options (only fruit) - I was disappointed even the eggs and potatoes had butter, so I wasn't able to eat there (I ate groceries in my room instead, which I bought next door).

The hotel was very clean overall; be it the rooms and the common areas. The staff was competent, available and very nice. The room was big for a hotel inside Paris. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The room had a stove, microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine with complementary tea and coffee, as well as clean tableware, a sponge and dish soap. Each room had a bottle of filtered water, also complementary with unlimited refills. The bathroom was big and modern, with a spacious shower. Housekeeping came everyday to replace dirty towels and make the bed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is also great, in a central yet quiet neighborhood. There are metro/RER stations 10min away be foot and parking garages nearby.

Nothing negative to say, just a note: future guests should be aware that the housekeeping team will not clean or replace tableware; they will only replace towels. We did not mind it as the hotel had provided dish soap + sponge.

I read dozens of reviews before book Appart’City. And by far it was one with the best overall commentaries.Excellent cost benefits: close to Gare de Lyon, very clean, lots of space and a handy breakfast if you’re in a hurry.

It is a bit of a walk from the metro, but still ok

First and foremost, it was so refreshing to see staff of color behind the front desk. In France, too frequently, staff of color are relegated to cleaning posts. The staff, in front and behind the scenes, carried out their duties to perfection. Chocolates, coffee & tea, and bottled water were offered to the guests. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated. We will absolutely be back!

Location is ok and is walking distance to Gare de leyon The metro was a long walk and far from most restaurants and activities They never fixed the safe even after multiple requests Shower would go hot to cold and back without changing the setting House keeping is inconsistent Soap was dispenser left empty by cleaning staff had to ask for it to be refilledNot worth the extra price for a view. View was only of other buildings no landmarks The shared lpatio on upper floor was not in good shape. Hotel did not follow through on reservation request to add breakfast and ended up costing me more.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was far from the most overcrowded parts of Paris but one could easily walk to 2 or 3 different Métro stations to easily get to the main tourist locations, to get anywhere in Paris. It was always a relief to get back to this less crowded neighborhood after fighting the crowds everywhere! And there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, etc within walking distance. Also, the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms and all the facilities are modern. Everything worked well. I thought it was a great value for Paris!

Conveniently located near a transport hub at the centre boundary, the apartments are well-equipped and comfortable, offering ample space for storage, work, and relaxation. The breakfast is nice (for France), it's tasty and fresh, but lacks variety.

While eco-friendliness is good in itself, the hotel can be overwhelming at times. A/C is switched off on timeout, and toilet paper should be requested each time (sometimes several requests are necessary to get it).

A bit far from the center of the city.

Everything was perfect. The service, the room, the breakfast. And it was very well sound insulated! We had rowdy neighbors but couldn’t even hear them in the room.

The location was excellent, near markets, cafes and amenities. Quick walk to Gare de Lyon, elevated coulee verte, and the 11th and 3rd. The quiet effective a/c, high pressure shower, and kitchenette made the stay comfortable.

Very clean, with full daily servicing. Spacious for Paris accommodation. Close to two supermarkets - lidl and Intermarche, and a laundry. Within reasonable walking distance from Gare de Lyon when you have large luggage as we did.
