Location on rue cler could not be more perfect. Hotel team is super attentive and kind - spotless accommodation. They upgraded us to a room with balcony and Eiffel Tower view - amazing. We will stay here again. There is a small elevator on site, not ADA.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. A pillow/foam topper would go a long way! It?s maybe $30 per bed and would help immensely! Hope they consider.

I knew it was going to be small but not quite that small. No where really to out my luggage but on the bed. The courtyard view is not really a courtyard.

The hotel staff and the location and the service were above all expectations The food in the hotel and all over tge streets were amazing.

Good location and neighborhood. Walking distance to most attractions. Front desk staff was very accmodating and helpful.

3 of the staff members made this a very pleasant experience along with location and cleanliness. 

There was one unfriendly staff member. On my departure I requested a cab for morning to leave. The manager himself took this request. I was their part business and pleasure. A friend joined me. All cab drivers take a card! This cab driver demands cash!

The location was fantastic, the room was a good size for Paris, there was a coffee & tea maker in the room, the TV included some English stations, they had a blue-tooth speaker in the bathroom as well as a towel warmer and the best part was the balcony!

The elevator was not really human size, but the stairs were not bad.

The location was the best. Very quiet and on the same street as a daily farmers market.

Elevator is coffin-sized, room light don't work unless you clip your room key into a holder, no refrigerator

Darling hotel and an amazing location. Room is on smaller side but worked well for my daughter and me. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and the location can¿t be beat. Will likely stay again.

Great decor, very comfortable mattress, nice staff, and decent breakfast.

My ring disappeared from my room while i was eating downstairs. They claim nobody came to our room after check in, but we got extra coffee. Recommend to issue " do not disturb" signs;install and review cameras in the hallway to monitor staff.

The evening receptionist (sorry don't remember his name) was courteous and extremely helpful particularly with getting around information in Paris.

The elevator was too small. It barely fits one piece of luggage!!

This hotel in a great location, close to to the Eiffel Tower and museums. The room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable all the same. I enjoyed the stay.

The check in time is 3 pm. Although they secured your luggage until check in, it is still difficult to wait around for all those hours if you get in on n early morning flight.

Location on Rue Cler! Perfect distance from all major attractions! And the cafes on the street are incredible
