HOTEL ABOUKIR

Nothing we liked, room was dirty, bathroom was so small, we couldn't even shower properly. The shower had no door. It was a curtain. The water was leaking in the room. The sink was dirty, Please give me a refund ASAP.

The hotel is not livable, we need a refund, I tried to contact customer service during my stay but couldn't get them. As I am in europe, I couln't call the the number penny the chat AI gave me. I need a refund, please send me toll free number to call.

the tv is not working when they transfer our luggage to another room we lost lindt chocolates i count the chocolate s before we leave and when we return the eco bags shuffles inside and some of the chocolates is missing

Centrally located. The staff is very professional and friendly.

The only good thing is Communication.

The whole night we can't sleep because of bad smells from the toilet.

The room felt quite small, and the bathroom was especially tiny, which made it less comfortable than expected.

I liked the time I checked out.

I expected it to be a bit bigger and also the toilets are so bad, I didn't like it. I was about to book a branded hotel but still I thought to give this a try and wasn't satisfied. They must maintain the hotel properly, especially with that high rate.

The staff were nice and the location was close enough to downtown

There were no shaving mirrors either in the room, over the sink, or over the sink in the toilet roomsOne has to go up half a flight to get to the shared toilet room.Sewer smells would emanate from the drain in the shower.No place in the room to set a suitcase. Very limited room for hanging clothes. I had to set the suitcase on the bed and then move it to the floor to go to bed. The room was swept once at my request and no changes of linen for the 7 days I was there.No elevator.No AC, I wouldn't want to stay there in the Summer heat.

The location was great!

I couldn’t fit in the bathroom and the toilet is exactly the same - I couldn’t close the door. Both are smaller than the bathroom of a plane. The bathrooms on the pictures are the shared ones outside the rooms which are not clean but much better than the ones in the rooms.

Toilet and shower in room were very small. 4 person room was not practical for 4 people. Thin walls that you could hear everything in the room next door.

The comfortable bed, the clean sheets, the warm shower and the view!

The room is dirty. Hotel is dirty. Bad smell. Bathroom is outside the room. In the day not polite staff.

That the hotel was very cheap

Everything. It was not clean, staff pressed us to leave when it was our time to check out. Loud noises from staff outside our door, at 7am. Not comfortable and no lights in bathroom. 2 out of 3 outlets in the room did not work.

No breakfast No warm water No elevator No mirror No shelf No table Noisy at nights

Good location. Good staff. That is all.

Water was flowing from the wall. All the clothes were soaked in the closet .The shower and toilet are in terrible condition. The walls are thin, the neighbors were yelling in the next room, and we hadn't slept for 2 nights. The terrible condition of the hotel, which urgently needs renovation.

It was match day, PSG vs Liverpool and got 3 desired rooms at very good price on the day!

Some TVs didn't work, light in my bathroom didn't work ( but door open and sunlight corrected that!)

Low quality, very old, too much sounds were coming even from other rooms....

We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel and toilet was not comfortable to use

Property was really not fit to stay in ! Very unclean , Tv did not work door handle all taped up major redecoration and building jobs required ! Mice running around room and in our bags amongst clothes etc etc

The place wasn’t comfortable. The sound of the people in other rooms could clearly being heard, and the noise of walking were always annoying
