It was comfortabel and value for money. The room was very spacious and the check in and out times were very royal.

The bed was slightly small according to the size of the room and we couldn’t set the room temperature lower than 19.

Good location close to the Rosa Parks train station. Room was large, clean and comfortable. All staff were helpful and accommodating.

Housekeeping came after 4pm one day and we had returned to the room to freshen up before dinner.

New, spacious, and love the lounge they have when we can get free coffee and juice and water all day long. Love the idea of the free tapas from 6pm to 8pm

Our toilets was not clean at all. We could clearly see the bowl was dirty from the previous guest. Also, we spent two nights there, spent our days outside and would come back to a dirty room.

Very well put together hotel, decent room size and next to the station which is great to get back from town. It’s also quite a quick bike ride (preferable mode of transportation in Paris) just 12 mins to Gare du Nord took 30 mins to the Tower.

Hola! We had a great time there, and everything was very very good at the hotel.Especially and most of all, the kidness of all the personal there, everyone willing to help in everything you could need.The food at the restaurant was also great, super tasty, abundant and very well presented. Great experience. Thanks!

The hotel is close to the RER station so you can get into the city very easily. Spacious room with a nice sized bed and the most comfortable pillows and duvet. Great breakfast and the all-day coffee and snacks are a nice touch. Staff were all amazing, kind and helpful. Overall a very lovely stay.

The breakfast space and the room were a bit too cold for our liking.

Easy to reach by car. Next to train station making it easy to commute to central Paris by public transport. We commuted with Uber and costed only 17 Eur to reach Eiffel tower. Next to large commercial complex with shops (incl Excellent bakery for breakfast) and plenty of restaurants for lunch and dinner. Comfortable and modern furniture though the chairs had food and water stains on it.

No Private parking. Underground covered parking costs 35 Eur per 24 hrs. which is 10 mins walking from the hotel. Breakfast had very limited options and not replenished that frequently. Since its next to train station it can be sometimes noisy, specially in the night, due to passing high speed trains.

Great location! As it was out of the main part of the city it gave us a great opportunity to explore Paris - metro is right around the corner so easy to get around! Room was spacious and comfortable for 2 guests

The staff were amazing, especially the young girl on reception and also the young girl in the restaurant. The complimentary drinks and snacks were great, we had a choice of room depending on where abouts we would have preferred to stay. The rooms were good size and clean. Close links to transport all around the city. Would 100% stay here again

Location from metro to the hotel was not the best and safest of areas on foot, but once at the hotel you felt secure. Hated the pillows !

We loved the free bar. It was a great way to be able to come back in the evening and have some coffee and snacks and just relax a little on the comfortable chairs. The staff was very nice and helpful.

There weren't many train connections from the near by train station so getting places usually required taking 2 trains. Nonetheless travel to the city centre was fast and short.A little variation in the breakfast menu would have been nice.
