Yes . When I booked I saw breakfast inclusive but was shocked when I was asked to pay extra 20euros for breakfast

Great location as it was off the beaten path and not full of tourists. The bus was close by which was great as the Metro was shut down due to a strike. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room setup was a bit awkward but nothing too bad.

Great location. Lovely size room at end of corridor with little balcony which was a lovely surprise. Large room for Paris hotel standard. Really friendly staff made to feel very welcome.

No milk on rooms powder doesn’t really work if you enjoy tea !

Very practical and modern hotel. The room had everything you need and was very clean

It was a little far from the city centre but it was easily accessible by public transport and good for walking

Shower was a trickle, no pressure, very difficult to wash my long hair. Impossible to work in the room, they have a small coffee table too low for the chairNo amenities whatsoeverNo coffee machine in the room, only instant coffee of poor quality.No minibar need to byo

Staff was helpful

Unfortunately I forgot to take my adaptor (conversion plug), I sent a email but and return to spend another night there but the staff could not find mine.

Lost my adaptor (conversion plug) on my last visit however the staff try to look for it , could not find.

Not easy connect with any train stations minimum 10-15mins walk required. Located in residential area where restaurants are not nearby, need to travel to city. Regarding the room they gave me two single bed for me and my husband upon request they changed to queen bed. Room is very small where bed lamp is very low that will hit your head… the lights are low hanging not suitable for taller people. Not enough space to have makeup things in front of mirror. My husband is tall and he can’t move freely inside the room.

No hungers in the bathroom, no toilet brush, It was very hard to close the toilet door.

Immaculate very comfortable beds and very friendly staff. We had the family room with a view of the Eiffel Tower which was very spacious for Paris

Room extremely hot. Air conditioning worked but didn't cool room down. Beds uncomfy and bathroom was dirty/in need of modernising.

Loved our room. We booked an Eiffel tower view. It was perfect. The room was huge. Location was 20 min walk to Eiffel tower and we stopped along the way to eat pastries..yum

Hotel as advertised. Very accommodating staff even help me to carry luggage’s to their arranged taxi driver. Taxi driver was nice guy too!

Breakfast was very good, great location, close to local market and only 30mins walk to Eiffel tower. Staff at reception are exceptional!

The property was well maintained, rooms were a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and free for kids.

The location didn’t have lots around, not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. 10 min walk to more shops, cafes and restaurants. 45 min walk to Eiffel Tower so reasonable if you don’t mind walking.
