The location is very near to the Port de orleans subway. The people were realy kind.

The hotel was under improovement and it was to loud and dusty.

The house keeper did not do a good job of cleaning and providing toilet paper.

The room was spacious and comfortable for two people. It had a long working table, two chairs, and a sofa, which made it very convenient. The large window brought in lots of natural light and gave the room a nice, open feeling. The location was excellent — both the T3a light rail and M4 metro stations were very close, making it easy to get around. We didn’t try the breakfast, but overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

the location was great, it was easily accessible from both the train station and the airport. also it’s pretty close to some really nice restaurants and places.

there were some stains on some parts of the sheets. after a long day out, when we arrived the room had a damp smell. also there was no mechanical ventilation therefore the moisture after shower was staying in the room. some of the caulk in the shower was blackish.

Breakfast available every morning , good location if you don't want to be near any of the major monuments. Comfortable neighborhood for dining and corner store vibes. Close assess to public transportation

Air conditioner was an extreme inconvenience. It partially worked to cool entire room. Staff provided fans and tried to fix the issue. No smart TV to access Netflix since all channels were in French. It would have been a nice option. Not walkable to any major monuments.

Breakfast was okay, tasted delicious but they can add a bit more variety of hot choices and less breads and sweets. Beds were clean and comfy and I love that they had a safe in room as well as clothing iron.

Rooms were so tiny with hardly any space to move around especially for two people. No storage space for suitcases.

A convenient location near the Metro in a residential neighborhood makes for a great night of rest. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly & helpful; especially Hanad at the front desk!

I would like to thank Hanad for such being so warm and accommodating, happy to assist. My faucet was difficult to open and he took time with such a jolly heart

There’s only one staff at night so you might not get assisted right away. But Hanad was on top of everything.

The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was top-notch—every day they changed our towels and made the bed, even when we didn’t request it. I asked for a surprise birthday bash for my partner as well as something special for our anniversary, and the team absolutely delivered. They truly went above and beyond—what an incredible group of people!Breakfast was another highlight. There were plenty of choices, and the fresh juices were overflowing. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they exceeded them with excellent service throughout our stay.The location is also ideal—just a few steps from Metro Line 4, with a tram stop right in front and buses around the corner. The area felt very safe, even when walking outside late at night.I totally recommend this place and will definitely come back whenever I get the chance!

The staff were very friendly & helpful.Walk out of hotel & Metro was right there.Hotel was good value for money for the price we paid.Plenty of shops near hotel.

Room would have benefited from a few more facilities.Room Air conditioning wasn't very effective.

I love the location of the hotel. Everything was so close! and the bed is so comfortable.

Room adequate and bed comfortable. The bar area wasn’t really managed and the beer and wine were awful. They didn’t really supply any of the most popular drinks which was disappointing.
