Room was so small! It's a hole in a wall!

Room ok, location ?, excellent breakfast, elevators, quiet having in mind that the upperground metro is in front of the hotel

This hotel is in a great location, literally across the street from the metro. The AC in the room worked great and they had cool blackout blinds that we liked. The beds were comfy. They provided nice toiletries. It was nice and quiet. The room included a mini fridge. The staff was very nice. Would stay here again.

The shower was extremely slippery!

The staff is amazing. They spoke English and were very helpful with recommendations and calling taxis. The location near the Sienne and the Eiffel Tower was great. The view of the peak of the Eiffel Tower from the room was good enough for the price. The room size is adequate. I liked that the shower was large.

There was not enough storage for the suitcases. There was no closet to stow them nor enough room to put them under the bed. Two large suitcases on the floor took most of the free space in the room.

Best staff at the reception desk - wecoming, friendly and helpful. The room was well prepared in advance with a handwritten personalized welcome note, two bottles of water - still and sparkling, and four macrons. Breakfast was awesome. The entire experience was memorable.

Not anything to mention.

The staff were very helpful and helped us with all our needs, the room was so tidy and clean.. the location was excellent and near most of the important landmarks in Paris

The staff was exceptional, especially Johnathan and I believe her name was Anna. I had a situation where I needed a Dr. and Anna went above and beyond to find the medical attraction I needed. I asked Jonathan if I could get a chair in our room e went to dinner when e got back a chair was in our room. Please acknowledge them in some, they are a reason we would come back to stay there.

The staff at the front deck was friendly and tried to solve a reservation problem with patience and options.

1. The room wasn’t clean. Eg. hair found on the wall of the bathroom and on a towel. The carpet wasn’t clean. 2. It was over priced at bookings, which would’ve been much cheaper to book directly with the hotel. 3. There was no access control at all at the main gate and in the elevator, which is a security concern. 3 out of 4 times during our stay, there was no one at the front desk. 4. The facilities are very basic, similar to a 3-star hotel, but cost is $1800 for two nights! There was no refrigerator in the room and the temperature control wasn’t working properly. We stayed during the New Year’s Eve, so it’s understandable for the price to be higher than usual, however, the facility, breakfast, and service weren’t worth the price.

Great location close to the metro station. Reasonably priced room with Eiffel Tower views. Eiffel Tower is just one metro stop away.

The location is close enough to the attractions but outside of the busy tourist area. I had a special request for my fiancé that was making birthday and the team did a wonderful job decorating the room!

Great hotel located at the very center of everything. View from the room of the Eiffel Tower at night is unforgettable. Near by local restaurants not the tourist type are within walking distance.

Location, Eiffel tower view, friendly staff, service, big bed.Mini fridge bar, shower cabin.Parking is underground ~4-5 places + wheelchair accessibility place, max allowed car weight is 2tons so no big cars, entrance by elevator :) (ask for reservation)

First day was great, the next one was with nuances: Thin walls, you will hear your loud neighbors' talking / their TV. If it's after 11pm, the reception won't do anything because only you will hear it. I recommend being prepared for this if you are used to sleeping in silence. For those who are allergic to dust - there is a large carpet on the floor, but window can be opened. There is a train track nearby but they do not run at night.
