The hotel itself is not very big, the room we had was ok in size, ( if you want an extra bed the space will remain smaller), comfortable bed, soft pillows, the bathroom was quite small. Good breakfast, I liked the cheeses, fresh bread, good pastries and omelette (I would have liked to have vegetables). The location is good, opposite is a bus stop that takes you to important points in Paris, a few minutes away is the metro station. Friendly and kind staff.
Because the bathroom was small, the towels were placed on a shelf too close to the toilet.
Good location, rooms are small but clean and functional. Good value for money in Paris
I got help when I needed it, the staff was very forthcoming and friendly. The location is very good, the metro station is two steps away. The room is neat and tidy.
The room was quite small for the money and it didn’t have the utilities that I thought every hotel (especially chain hotel like ibis) have by default: toilet brush and mini-fridge. Because there was no fridge, I had to go downstairs and ask the staff to store my staff and then go back for it when I needed it.
Best location
Worst smelll on the facility and our room little nit dirty
Reception staff were wonderful, breakfast was great
Tiny room
Location excellent, near Metro and friendly restaurants and bars. Perfect for Pere Lachaise Cemetery which was the purpose of our visit. Hotel staff English speaking & friendly. Room comfortable, clean & quiet. Lighting in room over complicated & a kettle would have been appreciated. Breakfast good and plentiful. Only issue was this hotel seemed overpriced.
The price for one night was very high!
Hotel is clean and convenient
We had room 101 and believe all rooms ending 01 are much smaller than others and not at all like the website. They are not value for money. We saw other rooms which were fine but we paid the same for a vastly inferior room. We booked for two nights and left after one because of this.
The room was good and comfortable and clean. The staff were very kind, the location was close to the metro station.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
N/A. Was perfect for people like myself who just needed a basic, clean and comfortable place to crash at night.
It’s a good three star hotel. Nothing more, nothing less. Very nice staff, clean room, great location (Metro is just around the corner), breakfast and private parking. For the money - perfect choice. Note: Booking offers two rooms for 3 people, but actually there is an option to have extra bed (at least it was arranged for our kid), so check this before booking two rooms if you don’t want two rooms precisely.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect lovation near the metro. Clean. Great breakfast.
The rooms are tiny so no space to move around. There are no safes or irons in the rooms either. And only one liquid that is for washing hands, hair and body, which means no hair conditioner, so you should bring one.
Staff was super friendly! It was nice to have a water dispenser in the lobby that even provided sparkling water. The staff was super kind and gave us a bottle to fill it up for our room upstairs as we were with quite some people. The room is super clean as well. Bed was very comfy. The location is just a few minutes away from the metro station, which made it super convenient to travel to. We had one disabled person with us who had to walk with a crutch, but the hotel was still super accessible.
The room was quite small, but it was to be expected. The hotel itself is quite small in general, having only 6 floors with 6 rooms per floor. Since we were only in the hotel for sleeping and spend most of the time outside of the hotel we didn't mind much.
Staff is very friendly
No coffee spot (boiler, cups, coffee, etc.)Nevertheless, we did ask the staff for a water boiler and they were kind enough to lent us one for the duration of our stay!
People at front desk were very kind and helpfull. We enjoyed our stay. Did not use the option of breakfast but we had a coffee and wine in a lovely space at reception lobby. Close to subway and restaurants and bars.
There were places to eat nearby, the metro station was very close, with 2 different lines.
The bedroom overlooked a narrow backyard, so it was a bit dark, but on the other hand, it was quiet.
Great location, close to metro and nice bars and restaurants. It is very calm and silent at night while our windows were facing the street. No issue with leaving the luggage after check-out, friendly staff. We liked the style of the room - standard Ibis hotel, but it looked nicer than other Ibis hotels we have been to in Paris.
No fridge in the room and no water boiler in the common area. The breakfast could be better too, the choice is rather poor.
Thé breakfast was wonderful. Fresh bread, cheese, and fruit in addition to sausages and eggs.
Although we reserved the room weeks in advance, the desk clerk could not locate our reservation. We showed him our confirmation, waited 30 minutes while he ‘arranged’ something and went to view a room for us. He finally showed us to the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. There was not room for us to both move around the bed at the same time. The window gave out onto some sort of shaft and let in very little natural light. Studying the diagram of the layout of the rooms showed us that on each of the three floors of the hotel, there was one very small room like ours. The next morning, I went back to the front desk and asked if there had been a mistake as on booking.com it indicates that our reservation was for a standard room of 14 square meters with a window looking out to a courtyard or the street. The desk clerk explained that the hotel does not accept reservations for a certain room and that they charge the same rate for any and all rooms. As none of the hotel photos on booking.com show a room such as ours, there is some false advertising happening. We won’t reserve with another Ibis hotel.
