Location and staff

The hotel with its location and how the rooms were located was very quiet. Very exceptional in Paris. Perfect lacation for me. Ot is next to nice shoping street with good choise of restaurants.

Bathroom organisation was done for pretty tall people. But it was ok for a short stay.

Very quiet, very clean. Charming patio and very warm service

The heating is noisy,the bathroom is leaking,the wallpaper is peeling...it needs repairs

Location , very close to restaurants and not far from the underground and RER trains

Rooms a little on the small side plus very high sink and toilet in the small bathroom

It is a comfortable room to be in Paris. There was enough space to walk and for the suitcases.

The toilet area was dirty, and really closed.

Good quet location, close to metro and nice Chrismas shopping street.

Pretty little hotel not far from Montparnasse gare. Clean and cosy rooms. Good breakfast.Nice yard inside.

Honestly, I’m not sure why this property has 8,5, it was totally misleading. The staff was unfriendly and barely said smth about facilities or breakfast, were rather watching tv. Matress in the room was apparently really old and did not hold its shape, lamps were broken. The only thing that was good was a terrace but then someone was smoking there and it was unpleasant, smoke went right in my room

Internal courtyard, which serves as a balcony (you have a table and a chair right in front of the room door).Nice and clean room, with all facilities.

Our 2nd visit & this is still a very comfy, convenient, good value hotel in the pleasant Montparnasse area of Paris. Many restaurants nearby. Attractive tiled inner courtyard. Varied & abundant breakfast (a bit more fruit perhaps?) Friendly helpful staff. Fresh clean linen, comfortable mattress & pillows, decent shower. Our room on 1st floor this time was spacious. Just a few maintenance issues which need attention but otherwise it was all fine.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location—perfect for exploring Paris. The room was ready upon arrival, already cooled with air conditioning, which was such a relief during the hot summer days. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Great location - conveniently near the station, but also a right next to a lovely street with restaurants and cafes. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very reasonably priced for Paris and actually surpassed expectations.

Very convenient for eating out. Some super little places for food, excellent variety. Nice location which felt very parisien, and was lovely. It was nice and quiet.

Some of the hotel was needing a refurb. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not great. Little food and variety.
