Location was great

Room was very small and dark. Air conditioning could not be adjusted low enough to have room comfortable. The restaurant/bar area had very limited hours. There was no place to go and hang out.

Relatively big room for Europe.

Wifi connectivity and speed were abysmal.

Location is nice if you’re going to Paris one night to attend a concert in Zenith

The facilities were waaay too old, it doesn’t reflect a 4-star hotel at all: the shower came to pieces, the doors were squeaky and hard to open, you had to close all the lights one by one, the sound isolation is not good so you’ll hear street noise. It’s a budget option but don’t expect the standards of a 4-star hotel at all

The staff was very accommodating, next to the metro.

The room was not very clear, the sheets were not changed daily and the heating was not working (we had a separate utility in our room because AC only produced cold air). All in all the room needed renovation and it should be cleaned more thoroughly

The cleanliness is very poor, 1 room is cleaned every 2-3 days. No water is put in the room. Strange smells come from the room. In general, the kitchen was very poor. The rating is very low. I will not go there again.

Location was as expected. Not too bad in terms of access to city.

Dirty toilet, carpets. Found old tissue part under the bed.

I didn't like anything, the service is very poor. The hotel is not clean and the rooms are very shabby

The staff were very welcoming.

The window was damp and leaking. It wasn't nice to look at, it felt unsafe.

No any glass or mugs for water and hot drinks no milk and wasn't very clean

The room could have been cleaner. I looked up at the ceiling and a strand of dust was dangling. There was not a bin in the bathroom and the shower head has hair sticking to it. The breakfast was pricey as well.

Good location, ideal for one night seeing a concert at Zenith La Villette, Metro and food places nearby.

On arrival my room was clean but didn't feel fresh, there was no bags in either bin, and there was a hat left on the floor. Fire alarm went off around 6am for about 15 minutes, no staff to be seen and no explanation or apology on checkout

Facilities and locality

I have booked for Half Boarding for complete family but at the restaurant they mentioned kids are not included. Which was wierd

It was comfortable, a decent price, a good location for visiting family, and has an excellent breakfast.

The air con didn't cool the room so we had to have the window open, but with a young child we could only leave it open for a short while so it was a bit warm at times.

The room size was decent and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. The rooms had good sound deadening from the busy street outside. Was a 2 minute walk to the metro station which was great. Also easy to get out on to the peripheral road and to the motorways north to calais.

The breakfast was really poor. Minimal choice and should be improved. The staff were OK but could have been better. Just felt like being on a conveyor belt. No personal interaction. The car park was ridiculously expensive - charged me 30 eur a night. 60 eur total for a 2 night stay. Crazy. Also the electric charge points did not work for my electric car which was a pain.
