The location. The shower.

The size of the room. Way smaller than the photos portrayed. Sink on the counter in the bedroom. Shower floor extremely slippery.

That it had A/C! Next would be the location, great spot in between Notre Dame and the Panthèon.

Nothing. I left and checked into another hotel ASAP.

This is absolutely NOT a 4 star hotel. In fact they call themselves a "4-star tourist hotel". Even that designation is an overstatement. The room was tiny, shabby and equipped like a dorm room. The walls are paper thin. This was very disappointing.

Breakfast was included in most places we stayed in as during our travels. It was not included in our booking and the price was astronomical. We stayed 2 nights but only ate 1 breakfast.

No closet...just a pull down rod . Very inconvenient when you're there for several days. Very tiny rooms !

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of sights such as Notre Dame. The room was excellent - very clean and spacious. Room was quiet with a very comfortable bed so got a great nights sleep

The room didn¿t have any windows. From the description, I thought breakfast and shuttle was included in price. It¿s not.

They couldn’t find a corkscrew so make sure to take your own if you’re drinking wine in the room.

Staff very nice and polite. Location near many attractions of Paris (Paris Sorbonne University, Notre-Dame Cathedral, St. Germain, St. Michel. ..).

We had room 105, the smallest room i’ve ever stayed in a hotel in my life!

Acceptable. The room is not very clean.

Requesting a bank card to copy details instead of the deposit (the amount is 100 euro and not mention in the property's description) is completely unacceptable. Card details leak and I faced unauthorized transactions after traveling Europe in the past, when Booking provided card details to hotels. Had to pay the deposit in cash.Also the table in the room is a formal decoration, completely not usable, and the room was not very clear, as there were visible some person's hair in the shower and on the floor.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The facilities are spotless, the location is unbeatable — just steps away from the metro and bus stops — and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were amazing and super friendly-they went above and beyond to take care of all my requests and made me feel truly welcome-The location was great, with lots of good restaurants and places to hang out nearby.

The location was great, the room was very nicely decorated, and I loved the window in our room, just to sit by and relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can walk to Notre Dame, and there is a nice restaurant in front of the Hotel. Also, 2 blocks away, they have a little plaza where they sell cheeses, baguettes, fruits, and more.

The size of the closet is very small and not enough space to have your suitcases opened at least.

The rooms are uncomfortable and there are hardly facilities for older couples.
