The staff was so accommodating, from start to finish. Every night, the manager was down in the common area and would chat with guests to make sure everything was going well. Also, the design of the room was perfect for a solo traveler.

The location was good but did get loud at night. The hotel is nicely appointed and very clean.

My iPad did not work for the two days I was there. I informed the staff but nothing was done about it.

Location was great. Close to major landmarks, Museums, and Metro Stations. Staff was amazing. The friendliest staff imaginable. Wanda left us a handwritten card at the end of our stay. Super sweet. Wanda, JP, and Matt went the extra mile and everyone was really nice and helpful. lounge area super comfortable. Breakfast really good!

Nothing we didn't like.

The room was tidy and clean. Despite its small size, every meter was used thoughtfully.It’s very close to the opera, within walking distance, and also near the station that takes you to Disneyland.It’s conveniently located near lively streets with plenty of shops and restaurants.The staff’s service was exceptional — very friendly and always available to help.

Although there was an air conditioner, I noticed that during the night it became weaker compared to the daytime, even after lowering the temperature and adding fans.Also, the room size does not match the price — it’s very small, especially with all the luggage.Other than that, there were no negatives.

Excellent, modern, art, new technology on everything. All of staff members are young, nice, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful trip, for sure we will book again at CitizenM hotel in the future.

Before Paris, I stayed at the CitizenM in Amsterdam. It was a comfortable experience. When I arrived in Paris, I chose the CitizenM hotel. Comfort, Cozy, Clean room. Friendly Staff. Good location. Near city center, shop, market.

Sometimes there is a bad smell in the room and it goes away. There should be a window in the room for fresh air.

Excellent as always, love the concept. This is my fourth stay in a citizenM and I wish there was one in each city. Location excellent. We were given a bigger room and a cot for the baby. Beds are super comfortable, breakfast delicious. Staff super friendly, dining area had plenty games great for children.

Only hiccup is cleaning during stay is minimal, change of sheet and empty bins. No toilet or floor cleaning.

I've stayed at other Citizen M properties, but the staff were what made this one special. Interesting and friendly employees made me feel at home. The breakfast is good, if pricey; the location on a side street was convenient; the lobby has a fun vibe and the rooms are perfect for a solo traveler.

The size of the hotel room was great! Everything was very clean and the beds were very very comfy. They provided soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The design of the hotel was very modern.

The location was okay, I just don’t think I was a fan of the 2nd arr personally. I wouldn’t just rather stayed closer to restaurants and shops. The metro was close and it did make it easy to get around.

Amazing location- easy access to train stations, good eats and shops. Wonderful service, & breakfast. Bed and shower were excellent. Tight space for unpacking suitcases- but once done- no problem! Highly recommend!

Good location off the beaten track, near lovely restaurants, cafes. Bed was so comfortable. Good breakfast with lots of options.

The hotel has a sewer gas issue. Our room would periodically fill with the smell coming through either plumbing or air vents. They moved us the next day, and to a bigger room which was nice. Staff told me engineers are aware of the issue, it might be affecting only our room, or the floor...? Either way the room was rented again the next day. Just something to be aware of and it is a danger risk, and unpleasant. This is a new hotel in an old city and I'm sure figuring this out will take time. Staff were helpful, kind and so efficient. Hotel is modern, funky decor, rooms are small but well appointed. Great beds and sheets.

By mistake I booked my room twice. CitizenM refunded the cost of one of my bookings without any questions and this was arranged by one of the CitizenM Paris Opera staff, Nate. I am very grateful

The hotel is in a good location, and there are many restaurants nearby. The decoration design of the hotel is very good.

The room is a little small.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the metro. All the staff were lovely. The room is very comfortable and the price is fair.Highly recommended.

Fantastic central location close to the Louvre, Forum des halles, Pigalle, Montmarte and plenty of shops and restaurants. Lovely little restaurant in the basement, friendly helpful staff.

Our room was initially on the 3rd floor facing the main street where there were two loud bars, so it was hard to sleep. However the front desk moved us to a different quieter room.

Location is great, it’s walking distance to most of must see places.

The way the shower is designed is not very functional, we struggled with water leaking from shower to the room.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it is in a very good location for sightseeing, shopping, and even conducting business in Paris.

There wasn’t much to be disappointed about, but during the room cleaning, only some towels were replaced, or the towels weren’t fully changed. However, this could be addressed if requested again, though I didn’t make a separate request.

Atmosphere is cute.

No coffee in the room and lobby, has to buy from cafe.

Location and the team was great

Room was cold and cannot change the highest temprature. You need to ask for house keeping before 4 am and this is not ingformed when we checked in. The toiler area was smelling bad.
