Staff at the front desk was so welcoming & it was so quiet with deep hot bath!!!!

The receptionist is very disrespectful. They ask you to give the key every time you leave. The manager will not help you, Th worst hotel with tiny rooms. You will not get a refund.

Excellent location, close to everything but very quiet.

We had a bathtub, which was a bit too high and hard to get out of.

The room was very comfortable and Clean! The staff was very friendly and ready to help and answear every question or need we had! The location was superb! Metro within minutes . Definitely recommend!

The water wasn't that hot when I wanted to shower.

The rooms are just fair, nothing to memorize.

The rooms have the damp smell, not fresh. The water from bathrooms ran out to the floor when we took the shower.

The location is excellent .Hotel is in quiet residential area. Has a most beautiful rooftop secret garden. The manager at the reception is very charming and extremely helpful. We highly recommend hotel .

Nice clean rooms, good location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Traveling with a family of 5 required us to take an extra room due to the local safety regulations, but otherwise, everything was great.Expect the amount for the first night to be booked on your card/bank account some weeks before your stay, but they will release it once you're there.

The rooms were pretty tight as we were traveling with an infant and had the crib in our room as well.

Loved the location, you can get to all tourist sites within minutes. Metro station and bus stop just a few steps away. The hotel is in a quiet, green neighborhood with many lovely restaurants around. As a solo traveller, it was ideal, safe and comfortable. Hotel has a character of it's own, loved the secret garden on the third floor. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly especially the lady who checked me in. Would definitely stay here again!

They could add more umbrellas, I needed twice but there weren't any available

Alex (sp?) at the front desk was informative, nice and always there working! The rest of the staff, who i didn’t get names for, were also super welcoming.

Great service at the front desk, very close to a metro station, some good restaurants around. Although small bathroom.

Amazing property with amazing staff. Well kept and all the comforts of home. I loved the in room coffee press and the morning breakfast was the best of our two week trip. Andreas was a warm welcome and the lady evening receptionist was wonderful at setting up a taxi for the next morning. The gentleman receptionist in the morning was so helpful getting all our luggage to the taxi. This was our second visit to the hotel and we would definitely stay again.

The staff were amazing. All our interactions with the front staff were spot on and the breakfast hostesses were lovely.

A few ants showed up the second day. But not an issue.

Breakfast was fab. Bed comfortable, good shower, quiet location. Walkable up to the Seine - great location felt very safe.

The localisation was great. Clos to the city cenrer and the metro. A lot of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

the main floor/reception area was a bit shabby. the step into the bath tub/shower was high and there is no hand rail.

Our stay was really good! We were given the room with an Eiffel Tower view. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel design is also nice. And we felt very welcomed in this hotel!

Location is not walkable to most attractions in Paris, but metro is very convient to the hotel.
