Location. Staff. Quiet.

Room small. No TV5 Monde channel.

Very friendly,helpful staff. Lounge area nice, also area with tables. Free hot drinks was a real bonus. Location excellent. Rooms were very good, also bathroom. Very quiet at night. Spotlessly clean. Hotel was perfect for our requirements for our sightseeing trip to Paris.

We found the memory foam mattresses to be much too hot which caused us restless nights. It was like sleeping on an electric blanket. I know many people like them but we didn't. It would be nice to have a choice of rooms with standard mattresses or memory foam ones.

Convenience, welcoming staff - especially Morgan on reception, who was charming yet professional. The breakfast was excellent and good value.

Toilet seat was extremely loose, which made using it difficult. There was no plug at all in the bathroom sink

Location was excellent being very close to Lyon train station. Staff was always smiling, helpful and friendly. We did not have breakfast here so don’t know about food. Water was provided in their main lounge to guests, free. Strangely cute hotel and cozy room. Comfortable beds. Bathroom clean and decent size.

Room a little congested but per their location on a busy main road, it seems like a good find.

Very good location, 5-min walk to Gare de Lyon station which can then connect you to all the tourist attractions by taking the Metro and RER.All staff are friendly and helpful.Free hot drinks from 12noon till midnight!

I like the property considering it’s quite affordable whist being in central Paris

The room were nice and good location.

It would be better if there is ketle inside the room especially in winter time.

We chose this hotel because it was one of the very few options near Gare de Lyon offering free cancellation and safe (though expensive) luggage storage. Although a “standard” ibis, it still had a good Paris feeling. Rooms simple but very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

A bit overpriced all in all, but it’s Paris.

The bathroom was quite big and very clean. The TV has a big screen. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

Impossibile to adjust the temperature in the room. It was top warm. I had to open the window the whole night.

The proximity to the trains, metro and bus.

No tea & coffee facilities in room. Shower very poor & broken. Staff not on hand to gain entry at night which meant waiting in the rain.

Location was excellent, very good cafe opposite, typical Ibis hotel in a nice way. We wanted somewhere close to Gare de Lyon and this fits the bill.

Slightly overpriced.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room facilities were quite decent.

There weren’t enough elevators, so there was often a long wait. The bed sheets weren’t changed daily, and you have to ask reception if you want fresh towels.

Impressed by hotel's non waste, no plastic and involvement with local communities policies.

Convenient location, room size is bigger than other Ibis we ever stayed in EuropeNear the river, easy walk to explore Paris on foot

The location was very good. Lot of restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Really close to the train and metro station.

Too expensive for such a small room, but it is Paris. Breakfast not included, needed to pay extra.

There was nothing to like

Never advised.We requested a cot in reservation time but somehow it's ignored or they forget to prepare it and our baby had a terrible night,I also requested if you don't have cot why you didn't refuse my refund as I requested it?They just simply said stay or pay cancelation!!!

Clean and organised, great location so close to Gare de Lyon. We slept 3 in the room - a double and a pull out which was quite tight but still functional. Great for price. Bathroom was nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly

A safe and small fridge would be helpful
