The value.

The room was big, looked amazing, with the great view of the Eiffel Tower. The mattress so soft and sheets perfectly clean. Bathrom was spotless and well lit. There was enough space for all of our belongings (closet, bathroom counter, table). The breakfast was super tasty. Location was just what we were looking for: not in the city center, but with the metro station only a few minutes away. Staff helpful and kind. All in all, pretty amazing!

Overall, the value was very good. The location was convenient and provided easy access to the city’s famous attractions, with several bus and subway stations nearby. The room was clean and warm (we visited over New Year’s), and the street was very quiet, there was no noise from outside during the night. Recommended for a budget stay.

They don’t provide slippers, so keep that in mind. The room and bathroom are quite small (not an issue for me personally, but worth noting for other travelers).

The staff was amazing. Very kind and helpful. Especially for Paris!

The bathroom hygiene was a bit poor with mould on the shower base and ceiling and also heavy dust on the airvents

For two people, the room we have is small. It’s difficult to move around the room. But it’s manageable. ☺️

Breakfast was nice

They tried to charge me 90€ for the hotel tax, when the correct amount was 30. Luckily I realized because I stayed in another hotel the day before. Not even an apology for that

Everything: we came from a nearby hotel where we had a horrific experience and the staff here were always cordial and helpful. The breakfast was amazing (sounds costly but definitely worth every euro).Our room was small and we had the luxury of a view of the Eiffel tower (I don’t think all rooms are so lucky, but worth noting there is a chance). I do think lots of rooms do have a view on the park though which is always a plus to wake up to!The hotel was silent at night. The prices are fair, the hotel is clean and everyone is kind.

Literally nothing to dislike. Only that we didn’t book this hotel originally and tried the Arty down the street for our initial booking.

The staff were helpful and friendly

Elevator was broken for 4 days and we had to climb 7 floors each time. Towels weren’t changed each day.

Close to Metro, breakfast was good value.

Rooms a little warm, would suggest air conditioning.

Great value for money, and nice staff. Accommodated our request for a room change + we got a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Would recommend it if you're travelling on a budget.

Shower area had a leakage - therefore our bathroom was wet throughout our stay. Minor hiccup but could be improved upon.

Nice breakfast and local environment was generally good. We took a tram when we first arrived but the local metro station is less than a 10 minute walk away.

Staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Could see the eiffel tower from our room. Breakfast was pretty good.

Room was quite small, not a lot of space to move around for two people. The shower cubicle was tiny and leaked.
