Eiffel Saint Charles

Great breakfast and nice staff.

It is Europe, but the rooms were very small. No closet. No place to put your clothes.

I love how close the hotel was to the Eiffel Tower and was walking distance to the champs elysees. Very quaint and comfy and the breakfast was amazing.

We have no complaints. Made it here around 9:30 AM and were able to leave our bags on site at no charge. So that we could go on to sightsee while they prepared our room. Very happy with our room here!

Very clean, very quiet, cute little hotel. Perfect for families. The staff was excellent and the location was central to what we were looking for in Paris. Would stay again in a heart beat!

This is the most amazing hotel we've ever been to. The front desk & all staff treat you like family! The rooms are so comfortable and the shower is amazing! View of the Eiffel Tower from the hotel is a treat! Anything you need they help you with! 5 stars!

Nothing ... it's cozy, beautiful and friendly!

This was a nice and quiet hotel not to far from the metro. Very clean and functional rooms.

Staff was attentive and knowledgeable and always available. Room was spotless. Location was excellent.

No closet or dresser to store clothes.

The front desk is very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and a nice size. There are good bakeries and restaurants around it.

The bathroom was so small I did not fit in the shower. I am a large person but my daughter is average size and she had the same problem. It's minimalist with no charm. The elevator can only fit two people at a time cheap carpeting poor closet space

The hotel was close to restaurants and the metro system. The room was always clean.

The room had ants crawling on the table after we left macarons overnight.

The bathroom is big enough and well designed, the shower is good an d the tv screen is big. The room itself was rather small but comfortable.

The bed was not very comfortable, it was rather old.

We liked the location, easy to walk to many places. The people were very helpful. The hotel was very clean.

As an American, we always like coffee makers in our room.

We loved the friendly staff and the location of this hotel. The Eiffel tower was at the end of one of our streets making it easy to walk around and see all the main attractions. The staff also went out of their way to find me gluten friendly restaurants.

The thin walls caused a lot of loud noises in the evenings. The breakfast that was offered was also not worth the $14 euros.

The location was amazing. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the front of the hotel. The hotel was located between a shopping district and the Eiffel Tower and just a short walk to the metro. Extremely clean room and property! The staff was so nice:)

The walls were very thin in the hotel room you can hear everything from your neighbors.

Close proximity to train station, shops, and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and inviting. Bathroom was updated spacious.

If you have large luggage, the small elevator makes getting to your room a little challening. Hotel room was rather small with not a lot of room to put your belongings.

Street was quiet on Friday night. Hotel was clean and organized. Eifel tower view from hotel entrance was better than expected for the price. Shower water pressure was great.

No parking. On street parking was difficult and nearby city parking garage door not open between 19:00-10:00. Some maintenance needed on shower in room 1, but no big issue.

Great location, close to transportation. Nice walk to Eiffel Tower. Hotel staff were amazing and helpful. Hotel was modern and clean. Would stay again!
