    Pros +

    • Great location, not too far from a couple of Metro stations, with some great places to ear near by. The free wifi was reliable and of a good speed. The room was clean and generally in good condition.
    • Location, value for price
    • Location and staff are great. Rooms are good albeit small.

    Cons -

    • There was no hot water on our last day anywhere in the hotel, when we queried this we didn't get an apology from the reception staff, just got told she was trying to get someone to fix it. No offer of a partial refund etc.
    • towels were left in front of elevator blocking us from passing, so we had to move bags to pass in hallway, this was left for over 12 hours, also the breakfast for $16 was poor quality, 2 hot items, eggs and hotdog, and croissant that were more like bread.
    • Although it was not extraordinarily hot, the cooling system was completely ineffective in bringing down the temperature of the room, and the noisy street outside made it impractical to open windows. Sleeping was very difficult.

The quality of the bed, the service, and all the things on the room

Just two things, the room is small and the breakfast is not good

Great location. Close to multi lines of Metro. Staff speaks very good English and friendly, answered all of our questions and helped us arrange transport back to CDG. Plenty of good restaurants within 5 -10 mins away.

Rooms a very small. Cleaning staff doesn't respect the disturb sign we put at the door.

    Its clean

For my 4 nights, the fire alarm rings in 6 am fir 2 nights because of system error and they coukdnt fix it during my stay. Besides, the wifi didnt work for a whole night .... I have never had this experience in a four star hotel in my life !

We were impressed with the high quality of the hotel; the room was stylish and efficient. Location was great. Also, the people working the desk were excellent, and the woman in particular (unfortunately we did not know her name), was exceptional.

Location was good with access to 2 metro lines. Unfortunately, those metro lines still required multiple exchanges to get between the RER and other lines. Room was updated and clean. Staff was excellent (translation, concierge, info)

Room was tight, closets was so small/shallow that my hung shirts didn't fit. 1-2p is ok, 3 is extremely tight... no way anything more than 3p. Bathroom venting was poor, so it stunk pretty badly in the heat. The A/C default was 1hr, but menu allows change

nice location, room was functional but very, very small.

staff not present often and therefore doors were locked so guests could not enter. tiny, tiny, tiny room.

Well, the size of the room, but its Paris.

Great staff, great location, our room had a beautiful bathroom

Our room was on the small side, but our friends room was tiny. Both were classics. I would have been disappointed with their room for the price.

Nice little hotel - clean, comfy, nice occitane shower gels, free nespresso coffees available in the lobby, friendly staff. Windows are not very soundproof but this can easily be fixed if you have earplugs so it is not a big problem, even on a Saturday night. Would stay here again.

The location, easy access to metro, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, clean and comfortable, staff friendly. Only a 15-20 minute walk from Gare Du Nord

Fabulous location. Room was clean and a good size. En suite bathroom was spotless with a huge shower head!!

    Faultless

Fair position, quiet street. Offers luggage storage if your departure is later than check-out time.

We knew that the rooms are small, but the bathroom is really small. Also, I don't know if this was based on the fact that we were foreign, but they required a warranty of 100 euros at the check-in, and it is nothing written on the Booking website.

Very good location. 17 minutes walking to Gallery Laffayett. All the area near the hotel full of restaurants and bars but at the same time it’s really quiet. The hotel workers were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room was clean and comfortable, a little bit small but it’s mentioned on booking so it’s not a surprise.

The location was great. Metro close by. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel.Staff- incredibly nice and helpful.

Our room was very outdated. Walls were not clean. Curtain in the bathroom window was broken. One nightlight didn’t work. The room is kinda in an attic so the ceiling is low, also the bathroom ceiling so if you’re slightly tall- you physically cannot shower standing up. Something I wish I knew before booking
