Mercure Paris Opera Garnier Hotel and Spa

Location and helpful staff

Cleaning service doesn¿t pay attention to do not disturb sign or if you don¿t need service. Just beware if you don¿t speak French.

Perfect location and friendly stuff

Very Small room with high price

Its location

1. Rooms were too small and not equipped with enough beverage sachets2. Same with bathrooms- too small and not equipped with toiletries

Everything went very well. The location was excellent and very central; easy to connect to other places and attractions

The room had a column extension right in the middle of the room which made it a bit awkward to walk round the room to avoid walking into it.

Location , cleanliness

Small rooms

The location, breakfast was very good. What I didn’t like was my room was small

The hair dryer wasn’t working properly. It would stop when it was overheated I had to wait to cool off to use it sgy

Breakfast blew us away. It was incredible. We are foodies and so for it to be so good, we really appreciated not having to worry thay we would start the day hungry. Staff were helpful and friendly and very efficient in the breakfast room. The reception staff were also great. The room was immaculate and we really loved the heart confetti on the bed when we arrived as we came for our honeymoon.

Our room was quite small but wouldn't put us off returning.

Excellent location and friendly staff and good breakfast.

The room was extremely small and the bathroom too, although very clean.

Clean, location, stylish, rooms

Drinks a little expensive

The location is good, right next to the train station

The room is small and hard to open the big suitcase

Nice rooms, the opera area is a lovely area. Spa and breakfast available, although we didn’t use so can’t comment them.

The location of our room was overseeing the street outside. We were woken up during every night of our stay, the bins of the restaurants in the street were collecting every night between 4-5 am , including the glass bins. The hotels laundry was collected and exchanged right outside our bedroom window on the Sunday night at 2am. I don’t feel like these rooms should be in use if there purpose is to be slept in.

Everything was perfect, staff super welcoming, clean room, comfy bed, modern bathroom, at the best location

The room was quite small, as expected in Paris. But it was ok for us though.

Location is nice

Rooms are tiny which is usually the case in Paris although considering the value for money you’d expect more or at least a minibar in the room!

Location

Small rooms and expensive for what it is

Close to shopping area and restaurant

Bathroom kit missing ( no body cream, apres shampoo ets) just liquid soap. Small rooms but standard for Paris.

The room cleanliness and the locaiton

The room was so small we didnt even have space to walk in the room although i had the privelege room

Location is great. Service is great.

Room too small and expensive

The property is so chic. It smells beautiful upon arrival and is very clean and well kept. The location is superb, getting to and from ever via public transport was so easy, and it’s located right next to a major shopping mall (galleries Lafayette) and so many brasseries! Staff are so friendly and attentive!

The only thing I would keep in mind is that the room is quite small. It is truly enough for the specified number. We got a classic double and it was just enough for two or us. The bathroom is quite small, enough for one person at a time! It’s also located opposite some brasseries, so if your window is facing towards the street you will hear and see many people eating out after work. However, I feel like the blinds and windows are good at blocking out the noise, I’m a light sleeper and had no troubles!

Location - v goodBreakfast - No Room - a bit small but comfortable Staff - good Value - a bit pricy but not exorbitant We stayed at this hotel twice so hotel could give special privilege for guests returning !!

None so far

Clean, confortable, great location
