Zoku Paris

The room was perfectly sized for a long stay and had a lot of amenities; including a small kitchen, dish washer, and large shower. It was also very well located.

While items are available for personal grab in the storage room down the hall - having our trash taken more frequently would be nice!

good location

it was messy and not clean. Also the bar staff was not too much friendly

Loved the Zoku, amazing hotel with great amenities

Amazing hotel! I will not use booking.com again because booking bait and switched. The website said transportation was included and it was not. No response from booking.com but Zoku was incredible. I would book directly through the hotel instead of using Booking.com

Excellent view with close central location. Very quiet soundproof home. Wonderful responsive management system. Didn’t have to search for them. They initiated communication querying of any needs. Will definitely use them for future

My wife and I stayed at Zoku for new year . The unit was more than we could’ve asked for, and the price was unbeatable! Manon is by far the most responsive host I have stayed with and she was accommodating. Anyone looking for a quiet and spacious place in Paris should stay here! We cannot wait to stay here again"

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, and great amenities. The hotel was right across the street from the Metro station which is an added bonus. Overall a great experience.

Convenient clean good value

Bed mattress and pillows ok not great

The communal spaces were very relaxing with a nice vibe. The lockers for your thing if you weren’t able to check in yet or had time to travel around the city after checkout was a major bonus. The locker room included a very clean bathroom and shower with a laundrette

Thought it was farther away from the city center than I would have loved, the metro station was right outside so it was still easy to locate

Exceptional room design , loved the loft bed concept, all big to small details are spot on . Loved the modern kitchen appliances super convenient. Close to major metro line and amenities. Loved the concept of workplace and silent room for business people. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant

The charge for the room could be more reasonable.

Rooms are clean, modern and well laid out. A few members of the staff were courteous and quite friendly. One of the managers sent someone to my room while I was out. Location is not that great.

Location. Food is not that great.

The Zoku is a thoughtfully designed hotel aimed at the longer stay market. Our small loft had many great features and provided a quiet night’s sleep. Access to extra towels and other items was great and the self service laundry and locker storage areas were useful.

Shower flooded floor of adjacent toilet area due to narrow lip on shower casement.

staff super sweetmini kitchens are functional and give you flexibility to have easy meals in the room. felt lime a significant uograde from a standard hotel for 3+ night stay

laundry app was confusing and not usable w my american cc

Great location, good offer fir parking. Lofts are super-small and funny but very practical’ We loved the warm welcome-welcome drinks, postcards. The whole concept is amazing!!!

Our time was too short- we have to come back soon.

The decoration and the amenities Location is great

Breakfast options were short of options

A beautiful function hip hotel! They thought of everything The bed and the shower…amazing

A bit far from the center but but and metro lines are very closeAlso being away from the center is not a bad thing

Stayed here many times, everything is amazing. The toilet/shower room is great, the room layout is so fun and spacious. So much storage and it's just so fun to sleep in the loft, so cozy and great.Check-i/check-out system always goes well, storage area with available toilets and shower are incredible We sometimes get a welcome free drink upon check-inCoworking area/terrace everywhere you go in the hotel is spotless and well designed Will never get tired of staying here

Comfortable, staff were friendly. It was nice to have a gym! Right near the metro and a good Boulangerie. The bed was very comfortable and enjoyed the duvets, and the kitchenette.

Need more in between weights at the gym. The elliptical didn’t work. Missing a few items that would be nice to have (eg conditioner, scissors).

Great location with large subway station within one block. Very safe with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel is new, modern, and trendy. Very appealing atmosphere with great staff, restaurant, laundry and fitness facility, and roomy accommodations.

Street side parking for dropoff and pickup of tenants, baggage, etc. is lacking.

I thought this property is good and take care of customers good but not. I was there for 3 nights and 2 nights didn’t have AC and we couldn’t sleep and sent the tech to our room and he approved that the the AC didn’t work and they said we don’t have room to and after complained to several manager on third night they changed our room and ruined our 2 nights of our vacation and gave us very tiny refund and when I sent an email to explain how they ruined our vacation , they didn’t even answer our email. The problem was so many manager and they are not communicate with each other.
