Location is great and staff

Rooms are extremely small, beds are uncomfortable, have a ridiculous tiny elevator that you can even fit yourself and a small luggage. The bathroom was very tiny. So in general is a very tiny hotel that you dont have space enough for do anything.

The room I got has a slanting wall.

The location is perfect for my trip this time.

I got room 602. The wall is slanting and I am a tall guy. I have to bend my body to get to the other side of the bed.

the location was amazing and very convenient around shopping centers. I am from the USA so we are very used to big size rooms so I was very disappointed on the room size but I guess that's what is in France.

Shower overflows and water was around bed, when raised to the manager (with picture) absolutely nothing was said or done about it.Room is definitely not anything close soundproof and if the glacial cold temperature in the room keeps you up, sleep is hard to come by.Tv was not working either.Staff is quick to tell you it’s 10 euros per hour to get the room anytime before even if it’s ready upon your arrival, but they don’t seem to be so quick in fixing any issue raised during the stay.

Location is great 50 meters from l'Opera. A great value. Friendly and very welcoming staff.

Balance between facility and price. Elevator is a joke, room does not worth 200€ per night.

The location of the hotel is really amazing! Close to the Opera Garnier and with several metro options. The room is small but really confortable. The staff is really nice and take care about all requests and needs from our side. Hardly recommended to stay there!

Location was convenient. The bed is comfy. Different shower settings.

Very tiny and the stairs was very narrow. The lighting is a bit dim for my liking and the mirror has this black tint into it.

Great location, beautiful area with a lot of restaurants, shops and public transportation options. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was really good, with a lot of options. Sparkling and regular water can be refilled at the reception. Staff was very friendly.

All these things are very usual at hotels in Paris so we were kind of prepared for it:- The room was very small-The elevator was tiny-You can hear the noise from all the rooms

Great location and value in Paris with a picturesque balcony. Also, conveniently located near the metro. Breakfast was amazing.

The location is perfect. The design looks modern. The room is clean.

The noise proof is bad. We can hear people in the hall way and in their rooms clearly. There was also construction upstairs at night and quite annoying. Water easily come out to the floor from shower and sink.
