Everything was great

Excellent location in Montparnasse, on rue Daguerre, which has a strong community feel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Nothing - exceeded expectations.

The main advantages are two: the room is cleaned very well and the hotel is close to Montparnasse station. However, the disadvantages are certainly not small.

This hotel has a strange flushing system in the toilet, so if everyone starts flushing en masse, it runs there after 10-15 minutes and wakes you up, the same after you flush the toilet. Which really causes discomfort, especially at night. Also, since the hotel is next to the street, the morning cleaning wakes you up very early again.

The area is very interesting, lots of restaurants, bars, fruit stalls, and a few grocery shops. Plenty of choice for dining out and a ten minute walk to Gare Montparnasse.

Cheap Hotel, cheap smell

Ww already slept here and it's our favouritein Paris. Very close to metro 4 and rehr b and also to Orly Bus, so perfectly connected to the city. Rooms are small and cozy, pretty clean. Staff is nice, most of all the furry friend at the entrance .

Location great, room passable

Lobby smelt strongly of cats, reception staff a bit odd & made me leave my key when I went out, and the room wasn’t particularly clean… Other guests very noisy in the hallways at night though suppose the hotel can’t be blamed for that!

The place is close to a market, surrounded by bakery and restaurants. You can get most of local Paris atmosphere here. The staff is really friendly, although he doesn’t speak much English but he tries his best Best of all is their cat.

I love this area of Paris, so close to à main train station (Montparnasse), plus there are plenty of independant shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. I feel very safe here.

The location is great there’s a lot to see around the hotel

Unfortunately the heating in our room is not working so it’s really cold in the night

Close to Gare Montparnasse, small boutique hotel

It was really quite dirty. Elevator grimey, lobby hosted a cat, fine, but the cats messy food bowels and litter pan were right there also. Cats need these things, hotel lobbies do not. Room was OK , i guess. Someone elses dirty dishes were still in the corridor at the time of my check in at 5 pm. They were not fresh

Great location, friendly staff. We changed rooms after one night as we found the rooms at the front too noisy. The rooms at the back are much quieter and overlook a nice patio/terrace. Lots of cafés etc in the immediate vicinity, and close to metro stations.

The room at the back (205) needs better lighting - it was a little dim!

Location was good, near 2 metro stations. Friendly staff. Rooms clean.

Street was very noisy in the night. No air condition so you need to keep window open and it's difficult to sleep. Room quite small, no place to put your stuff in the bathroom (no shelf, very small sink), no toiletries provided, good we always have our own.

Small, but nice and clean room with everything you might need for a leisure trip. The room was looking to the garden and was pretty quiet. The location and precisely rue de Guerre is fantastic and authentic French street with very vibrant and nice atmosphere. We would stay again there as it was 5min from Metro line 6 - you can see all important monuments using it.
