No facility to make tea or coffee in room.
Excellent location, decent size room, helpful staff. 3-4 minutes walk from the Metro.
Nothing really…
Location, staff at the reception, and comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was also good.
There was a lot of noise from the street.
The location was excellent - close to museums and lots of restaurants nearby.
The room was small.
Great staff, excellent room in a great location. A perfect stay.
Very friendly welcome from the staff- Thomas was really great offering many advises and so was the young lady who replaced him The hotel is of human size - I live on the USA and this hotel was cozy and comfy extremely clean and human size - wonderful view of Paris from our window
Comfortable room good location. Breakfast ok but coffee could be better. Illy is a good brand.
Breakfast coffee should be better
Lovely, boutique hotel within walking distance of the Louvre. Room was spacious and modern and staff very friendly.Serve excellent cocktails in the small bar at reasonable prices during happy hour 6pm to 8pm.
Location great, perfect hotel for a one night stay in Paris. Equipped and comfortable room
The front desk staff are warm, welcoming, and helpful, special mention for Olivier. Room cleaning staff are thorough and friendly. Location is great - wonderful restaurants and an artisan boulangerie within a couple blocks. Lovely window overlooking interior courtyard so no street noise.
No negatives for my stay - it’s what I would expect from a 3-Star Paris hotel.
Location, Staff & Happy Hour!
Cramped - The duvet too thin - I was cold asked for extra duvet but none.. not great sleep
Location & value!
Tiny tiny room & bathroom… barely enough space to open a suitcase!
Wonderful location and amazing friendly staff.
Breakfast bar area a little small, but assume this was reflected in it not being more expensive
Great location. Friendly staff.
Breakfast variable. No proper dining room.
Large bedroom, great view, super comfy beds and pillows
I love the location. My room was quiet.
The elevator happened to be out during my stay.
Location was perfect. On a quiet street but close to so many iconic landmarks and cafes/restaurants. The hotel was very quaint, and the room had everything we needed including space. The air conditioning worked perfectly which is often a rarity in Europe. The staff was so accommodating and made us feel at home. Great customer service.
The lift was out while we were there, but they let us know before we got there. They overcompensated for this slight inconvenience in so many ways. It was only broken for a couple of days.
