Le Grand Hotel De Normandie

Ali at the front was amazing. So kind and helpful. Location is incredible and convenient to all of Paris. Metro and train stations right next door. I would stay here again.

Room in desperate need of update. Peeling paint. Water stains running down walls. Bath tub would not drain.

Breakfast offered.

The heat in the room didn't work. The room was not clean. The room smelled very musty and old. The hotel itself, especially the hallways, were very dirty. It did not feel like a safe hotel. The walls are paper thin so you hear the rooms next to you.

Location was the best part. Exit 8 of the metro was literally across the hotel exit.

I wish they have the hair conditioner in the room. Other than that, everything was perfect!!! :)

Location is the best. And front desk staff are very nice. Reasonable price.

Bed sheets were stained. The shower had somewhat of a safety hazard with a ?floating? cover over the drain.

It was a good location, and a friendly team at the front desk.

We had to wait quite a while one evening (around 6pm) for someone to return to the desk to let us in at the front door. The beds were not comfortable, and the bathroom had a flickering light.

This is my third time staying at this hotel for a business trip. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is quite adequate. It's definitely a hotel you can stay at with peace of mind. It has its own parking lot.

Excellent location - right beside metro and RER and also walking distance to many attractions

Had a lovely 1 night stay with my friend and our kids. Great location perfect and comfortable for what we needed. Friendly staff. Clean. Decent breakfast. Good value

Great location, walking distance to many touristic places, and a good breakfast.

Heating in our room wasn’t working, no radiator or heating in the bedroom. I was travelling with my elderly mum and a teenage daughter. When I complained with the receptionist, I was told that there is not much they can do to fix the problem. Luckily they gave us a small heater to go through the night.

The staff was really lovely.The room and bathroom were clean. Kettle, tea including herbal tea, coffee machine in the room.

Location is very busy and quite noisy.The room was ok but felt more like 3 stars than 4.Breakfast a little disappointing: scrambled eggs and fruit salad were not tasty.
