ibis Paris Place d'Italie 13eme

Location is very good, close to a the Place d'Italie metro station. Breakfast was very good, good bread and nice jam.

Carpets were old and dusty and looked like mildew, so I could not know if there were funghi on the floor or if it just looked like it. Our toilet would not flush properly, despite reaching out several times to the front desk, so every use of the toilet was followed by several flushes and prayers.The room was tiny. As in you can't open the suitcase tiny. We had to enter on our side, and had to closely watch the room door and the bathroom door as they could not be open at the same time.

Good location with metros and busses. Good service/personale. Clean room, good bed.

Room is quite little for two persons.

Near to public transportation, comfortable beds and pet friendly

Rooms were not clean or well maintained enough. Breakfast was inadequate. Entering the parking area with a standard-size car requires numerous maneuvers

The location is great. Right ne the metro and easy to get around Paris from there. There a few restaurants, bakery's & shops close by.The rooms are clean & comfortable. Nice & cosy. It's also quiet.The staff are friendly & helpful.

I didn't "dislike" anything, really. The rooms are a little tired with some plastering & decorating needed in parts. However, the hotel seemed to be working on this as there was work ongoing. There was no kettle in the room... which for a person who likes tea (and takes his own tea bags lol) was a slight inconvenience, but nothing more than that. We will definitely stay again on our return to Paris.

Very poor sound insulation- you can hear absolutely everything if someone goes to the bathroom. You can also hear the neighbors walking around in their room. The mattresses are too soft.Just 2 towels for 2 peopleNo glasses, you can only take a disposable cup in the lobbyNo safe, no fridge

Nice area, the lady who did our check in was great very kinds I even ordered something to the hotel and they saved it for me. I truly appreciate that.

The mattress is terrible, I have sciatica and I couldn’t sleep properly at all. Thank god I had my hot bottle water with me and medication. One of the receptionist during night time said something inappropriate to me -I didn’t expect to happen in France.

There was the odd drain smell, but not a constant one,.. Only 1 English TV Channel which was BBC NEWS..our room was next to the lift..

Clean and close to the metro station. A beautiful neighbourhood with good restaurants. The breakfast was delicious.

Location was excellent near metro with 4 lines. Close to restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Very small room, but this is a standard for Paris. Rooms a little old.

Some of the staff were rude and not helpful e.g. when I requested something for breakfast I had to ask a couple of times, we were also requested to stop talking whilst we checked in!Rooms were tired - the a/ c didn’t work in ours, the window was locked so we had a fan to keep our room cool. The mattress had a plastic protective sheet that was really uncomfortable in a hot room! Won’t be staying again - Ibis needs to up its game as room rates weren’t cheap.

Friendly staff, nice location, breakfast ok, room size ok. The hotel is located on a quiet street. We had a pleasant stay.

The corridor had an unpleasant sewage smell. Sound-proof is not ideal (can hear the next door talking).

Very small rooms that could do with some minor renovations. The air conditioning seemed overwhelmed by the high temperature.

Very convenient location, comfortable double bed and pillows, and a quiet hotel for a good night sleep after long days of walking.

Breakfast was very disappointing. My partner cannot have gluten or dairy, and the only gluten-free option was bread with nothing to put on it as everything had dairy. The only non-dairy choice was fruit, and staff could not offer anything more when asked. The scrambled eggs tasted artificial as they were from a pre-made mix. We skipped breakfast after the first morning, which was frustrating as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. We also received stained towels three days in a row.

I liked the location, the room was nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room had a conditioner, but it was leaking. Something strange with the doors inside, you couldn't close the bathroom door.

Location is superb. Room is big enough (with a large bathroom) and the bed is very comfortable.

Breakfast area is lovely but that don’t refill the finished items quickly and for some items no refill. We had four breakfasts there but never able to eat some items. Also the carpet in the room was never vacuumed during our stay although the bathroom was cleaned properly.

The room is always clean whenever you want and although we left all our belongings, we did not experience any loss or missing situation. It is also a little far from the center, but you can solve this situation thanks to the means of transportation. Very close to transportation vehicles.

The room we were given was a bit small and located on the ground floor. So it was noisy and low. It also has a parking lot for 6 or 8 people, but the entrance to the parking lot is so narrow that you have to remember to take your heart medication with you :))

Dining room is to small for many guests. The 2nd room in the basement is no option. The entrance of parking garage is very small . Only for specialists with normal car size.
