Ibis Paris Bercy Village 12Eme

Very close to the Metro station and several stores and restaurants. The breakfast offered a good selection of varied items and the hours were long and convenient--until 10a.m. Staff was adaquately English-speaking in this French hotel.

There was no business center. There were no washcloths for showering in our room. We were asked our room number everyday at breakfast. A better method of vetting breakfast patrons would be to show the breakfast staff one's room key.

location was exceptional across from a nice area of restaurants and shops, train access got us everywhere we needed. Though at an additional cost Morning breakfast was solid way to start and cheaper than meals across the way.

Room size a bit smaller than expected making it snug for two but served the purpose and typical for a European spot. Was told the cafeteria was open 24/7 it was not.

It was booked at 11 pm, the last minute. We greatly appreciate that they accommodated us in our desperation, to book late.

Breakfast was okay but could be better. A bit more protein needed.

The location nearby the Accor Arena and the Bercy Village.

Room 619 was not clean. Clogged bathroom - both sink and shower. Low quality breakfast.

The Hotel ins near the Metro Station

There is no support for the Guest at the Hotel when a incident happens no help from Management the Hotel is not safe and is very open poor Security the Management are very dismissive and wont Communicate is a professional manner

I am using this hotel redundantly, mostly because it is close to the locations I am using for work, staff members are friendly, and the hotel answers the main needs for my professional trips.

The hotel is located in a perfect location, right behind a large set of restaurants, and easy to access for travelers. The room is of Ibis standard.

The breakfast was excellent, however, the lack of vegetables was surprising.

Very good location. Plenty of restaurants at from of hotel. Safe area, easy to walk. Metro station across the street. Maybe breakfast was not a big one, but you has option very close to the hotel. Very Clean.

Breakfast, other Ibis hotel offer a huge buffet, not this one.

Absolutely nothing to dislike

The hotel was almost at the exit of the metro station. It had many restaurants, shops, bakeries, a supermarket in 1 minutes of walking distance. Also, it is directly connected with Orly metro line.

The bathroom did not have a proper drain, so it became flooded after just one shower. Afterwards, the water on the floor leaked into the room through the wall. The smell of wet carpet was unpleasant.

Easy access to metro. Lovely area close to the Bercy Village shopping space. Great value for money.

Modern and clean

This was there most painless check-in ever. Comfortable, clean rooms.

The TV was a little askew and not correctable. It would be nice to have streaming services so you can use your own Netflix etc

If you have a concert at the Accor arena it is perfect, you can walk there within 10-15 min it’s also near the subway station to the airport. There were also a lot of restaurants and cafes.

The location was good, close to the metro station. Good breakfast.

Beds non comfortable, room very small. Towels not enough for 2 persons, they gave us 1 towel by person. There were only bright lights in the room. The lights were not controllable (either all the lights are turned on or none)

The room was tidy and clean, we had a private bathroom also tidy and clean. It wasn't the biggest hotel room I've stayed in, but overall I would say it met our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a large window (the view wasn't great, but at least we could open it for some fresh air in the morning). The staff was polite and the reception was open 24/24. The location is not near the city centre, but you have a metro station at 200 meters from the hotel, so it was very comfortable for us to travel around the city and come back with public transportation.

Our stay was a bit expensive, but then, Paris is an expensive city, so I suppose the hotel couldn't be that cheap. The room is a little tiny.

Nice hotel in a very good location. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. What was not comfortable was that the aircon, even though it had a light to say it was switched on, did not work. It was an uncomfortably hot and stuffy night and every so often the window had to be opened and closed to get air in on a cold night. So, overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I definitely paid for a night of being uncomfortable with disturbed sleep.

Very clean..secure with key card for lift access. Plenty of hot water. Good shower. Quiet at night
