Cons -
- Amenities were not as described
- The day front desk staff was rude and they did not offer any amenities and we waited endlessly for our room to be made available and we weren't the only ones in misery. No complimentary things that were mentioned just water and maybe coffee downstairs if they allowed. Anytime we asked for help, she was wildly rude and it was validated the complaints we read online before coming here. As we were paid customers it was off putting to experience that type of neglect and brashness. Finally after many many hours we were let into our room I must say, and I know this isn't out of the norm but the experience could have been made better by the small comforts and hospitality that besides the cleaning staff we were not extended this privilege.
- It would be nice if there will be a mini refrigerator in the room and despite the fact that the room is intended for one person, it is confusing that there is no door to the wc/bathroom. But even these shortcomings couldn't spoil our stay at the hotel, it was great ❤️

Excellent location and friendly staff. Great transport access.
Cleanliness of the room needs improvement. Although the bed size was generous and comfortable, the room size is inadequate and would need a smaller bed frame.
Very clean and pretty rooms, and very comfortable mattresses! The hospitality was great and the breakfast was marvellous. Good location, very close to the train station and in a nice neighbourhood. 10/10 would definitely come again!
Clean hotel room.
The noise from the nearby railway station.Small hotel room with small bath. No milk with refreshment drinks. Stayed 2 nights. No one came to make the bed or change towels after night one. The district and area around the hotel a bit seedy with many woman of the night walking the streets.
Hotel Cervantes is situated in a quiet neighbourhood though located near a large transportation hub (train station). It makes for restful sleep. The warm hospitality from their hotel staff made our stay very pleasant! The water dispenser and beverage counter at the lobby/lounge area is delightful with cosy nooks to sit around. The continental breakfast was yummy with good offerings such as fresh cheeses, pastries and cold cuts. The expansive room size provided lots of space for our luggage and coats. We would definitely come back again!
The room is cosy but it would be great to have disposable slippers or carpet as the floor is cold during winter. It would be helpful to put a simple map (at lobby) to show where hotel is located and where the bus stop /metro stations are. Like a framed painting/illustration as It helps guests to feel more comfortable in the neighbourhood.
Location: great , it’s near from Rome station just few steps , and near from saint lazar just 5 min.Staff: incredible, I requested an Iron late time ( at once they bring with a free chocolate gift ), and free water and coffee bar (24/7) . Room : very clean and enough for couples , with a free tea bar .
Nothing to say , maybe little bit noise from the room in the next floor at early morning.
Equipped with everything we needed. Good value for money. Went above and beyond to make my birthday special! Rafik and his team were all lovely and helpful.
Nothing bad to say
The room is clean and comfortable, the hotel’s location is also really good.
There is no door between room and bathroom
I find stuff to be very nice and helpful, bed was really comfortable, rooms were clean and even though small(as you should expect) they had space for everything (hangars, small table, mirrors), but you are travelling with two or more large suitcases then I think you might struggle to fit them open at the same time. Coffee and muffins in the hall are very nice gesture. Generally, the sustainability mindset should also be appreciated. To be honest I believe that the for the value you pay you are getting the fair deal
Space is limited in the room, but again you should expect same in very hotel in Paris. Not much to complain, there are some renovations happening at the moment on the streets surrounding the hotel and taxi might struggle to leave you at the door, but again this is a temporary thing.
Very clean, comfortable rooms with windows, near the metro, great neighborhood!
I liked everything
Had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from our room on the 6th floor
Nothing to dislike, except on checking out early on a Monday morning the person on reception didn’t even acknowledge our stay or wish us a pleasant onward journey.
Clean and really great staff!
There was no vanity kits with toothpaste or room service so would have been nice to have this in the future Otherwise really great!
The location is great. Its walkable or a short metro trip to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, Galleries de Lafayette, etc. Also several metro stations are nearby like Rome, Europe and Leige. There are also a lot of restaurants and supermarket (i.e.,carrefour) nearby.
On our first day/hotel arrival the elevator was under repair and the hotel fire alarm buzzed the whole night waking everyone. Though this are minor mishaps but it caused discomfort during the trip.

I like the location the best. It was close to the train stations to get anywhere we needed to go and there was good food in the area too. It was easy to find as well and get picked up if we needed an uber,
I did not like that the best was very hard and it was two twin sized beds put together. I kept falling in between the mattresses. The room was not clean upon arrival and there were crumbs on the chair in the room.
I went with a friend and we were absolutely delighted with everything! We had never been in Paris and we were surprised by how nice and quiet the neighbourhood was, how close it was to the metro and how the accommodation was in real life! Although the room was a little bit smaller than the photos, it was very cosy and we could move freely! From the room to the staff everything was perfect and the staff was really helpful with everything, super friendly and helped us a lot with recommendations of places to eat and directions ☺️The free water and tea was also another point that we were happy! If we ever go back to the Paris we are definitely coming back!
Nothing, everything was good!
The absolute comfiest bed I've ever slept in! A warm, quiet room with a tight but welcoming bathroom. Decent sized TV. Welcoming and accommodating staff available at all times.
The elevator sounded a little tired and unhappy but I wasn't concerned for my safety at all.
The hotel is in a very good area, close to everything, with many great food spots nearby. It’s convenient for tourists and easy to get around Paris from this location.
The in-room amenities were very poor. All the soap bottles in our room were empty, and the room was not cleaned on the first day—no towel change, no housekeeping at all. After a long day out in Paris, it was frustrating to come back and have to go down to the front desk to get our own towels after complaining to the staff. We had a 3-night stay with a family of 6 and had paid for breakfast for 2 people each day (6 breakfasts total). Instead of having breakfast for 2 every morning, we wanted to use all 6 breakfasts on one morning as a family, which was approved by a staff member the day before and made complete sense. However, the next morning (5/01/2026 at around 8:00 AM), the lady working at concierge was extremely rude and refused, saying “No, you don’t just move breakfast,” in a very disrespectful tone. The inconsistency between staff and the rude attitude completely ruined the morning.
