Hotel Bassano

The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful! The location was great, and the room was wuaint and very comfortable. Loved the L?Occitaine toiletries!

This is my second stay at this hotel. The location is great, the staff are lovely and the rooms are great too

The reception who welcomed us went out of his way to help us with our luggage and welcome us in a very warm and friendly way. Made us feel at home and well taken care of straight away.

The inbuilt hangers were a bit hard to use. The breakfast staff were struggling to keep up with the demand.

Amazingly clean as rarely I have seen in hotels (and I travel every week!) Good bedroom size for ParisStaff extremely attentive and nice.

Breakfast room is a bit small so you may have to wait to have a table.Curtains could match the standard of the room better.Bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

The staff went above & beyond to help us, they were all so lovely and made an effort to speak English to us. The room was a lovely size & the location was perfect.

- no mini fridge in the room, even though there is a clear space for it. -after booking and confirmation of the cost, we were charged extra when we went to pay ? We didnt mention anything at the hotel, but left very confused this wasn't part of the upfront cost (never had that issue with other hotels). -the lift was rather small - couldn't get 2 regular sized adults and large suitcases in there.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Bassano. The location is perfect — quiet and elegant, just a few minutes’ walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable.The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right.Overall, a charming boutique hotel that combines Parisian style with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

The location and the decoration of the hotel. Bath amenities were excellent.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room was located in the attic and felt cramped and uncomfortable. The pillows had an unpleasant odor, and even after requesting a replacement, the issue persisted. Additionally, the staff seemed to lack proper hospitality training, which made the overall experience less welcoming. I would not recommend this accommodation based on my experience.

Loved the location, the rooms were beautifully decorated and that everything was so clean.

The rudeness of the employees at the breakfast área when we arrived 15 minutes before breakfast ending. It was a constant thing.

Not a lot of breakfast options and room for only 18 guests in the breakfast room. It was not crowded when we went, but I imagine it could get full really fast.Also no fridge in the room, i knew it before visiting, but still weird for a 4* hotel

Everything was perfect during our stay in Bassano Hotel. Breakfast had variety of the options and all food was of excellent quality. The staff were very friendly and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is a hidden gem, walking distance to every place that is worth visiting.
