Nice bar but you had to book and had a limited time slot. Nice jacuzzi and spa.

We specifically booked because it was 24 hour reception and e mailed our arrival time (23:00-00:00) we were told no worries and it was reiterated that reception was 24 hours. However we arrived to a note on the reception desk and no one there - we waited over 15 minutes at almost midnight for someone to come. That is not 24 hour reception. We would not have chosen this hotel had we known.

It was beautifully set up, the concierge was very helpful … had an in house restaurant which was on the rooftop; a stunning birthday spot for me. I was solo, and I didn’t feel unsafe, liked it here a lot

The view in the room, restaurant and bar was amazing. Very kind staff, delicious breakfast. The room in general was very comfortable.

There was a strong smell of humidity in the bathroom. Unfortunately the hot tub outside was also not so warm, since it was a very cold day.

Fantastic property should be higher rated on booking.com. Stayed in a lot of 5 seat and this definitely competes. Staff were amazing. The restaurant is definitely worth visiting food was unreal.

Location was maybe slightly further than centre than what we thought but uber is 10 minutes to Eiffel Tower

Security deposit first thing its a weird thing nobody does it anymore especially in good hotels , they are stingy with the water at least put a few bottles of water in the room even with payment its ok the fridge was fully empty maybe people want to drink or eat a snack you can just make it with charges in any good hotels you go the fridge and snacks are always full and you pay for it in the end , also the parking is so disappointing you have to pay 40 eur for it a day or 15 eur per hour while yk the hotel is only 230 eur either put the parking price upfront on the room price include it make the room cost 270 eur or dont charge the parking at all , it just feels like you went to a cheap hotel , whats next you will put a 2 euro charge to use the lift also , either include all in the upfront price and make the room more expensive or dont charge people at all

Both restaurant & breakfast excellent with exquisite food. Bar environment also great with very friendly staff.

I was initially told via email that we needed to get an access card from reception before we could use the car park. As there was no street parking this meant my partner had to continuously drive around waiting for me to speak to reception. It then transpired that we could have just pressed an intercom button at the car park entrance to be allowed in which would have been far more simple. I wish I was told I could do this initially in my first email enquiring about parking.The touch screens on the elevator also were a little unreliable and sent us to the wrong floor on more than one occasion.

Nice location clean rooms and amazing views

Refused entry to the rooftop bar. They claim it was because my friend was wearing a hat but even after taking it off they found another excuse to deny us entry. Meanwhile I saw someone wearing shorts and flip flops inside the bar. After emailing requesting to speak to a manager. Still no reply 7 days later

It’s my second time here and the room are very nice ! Even tho i stayed only one night, the bed is confortable, you have a nice view especially at night

The view! And the restaurant, the decoration was very special. The breakfast was also very good (products were very good) and the staff was nice.

The pillows were both very high, it wasn’t comfortable. There was no conditioner or body cream. The electric chargers in the parking were not working.

I didn’t like the fact that I didn’t get my caution deposit in full. I didn’t break the rules of the hotel but I got debited so I advice you deposit in cash

Beautiful restaurant for breakfast, with Tour Eiffel view. The tactac rooftop bar is also worth a visit at night!

Food was really good

Just a bit far out of the main town to pop back to get changed for evening meal but the price does reflect this It’s so much more expensive nearer the main city

Stunning views. Excellent staff. Great restaurant and roof top bar. 5min from Metro stop into to town in 30 mins. Would visit again

The washbasin was very slow to drain almost to the point of being blocked. This was pointed out on my departure.

I really like the staff from entry door all the way to the restaurant. They are all educated and attent. The rooms are great and the showers work really well, which is for me, next to the bed, the most important part of the travel stay.

I loved the big crystal windows with a big view of the city. And the outdoors jakuzzi on the roof.

The toilet has no windows or ventilation. It was literally a small room with the toilet. Even though I booked in antellation asking for the windows with the views towards the Eiffel Tower I did not get that option. As it was raining we took the umbrellas from the hotel (which is nice to have and I appreciate) but as soon as we opened them both umbrellas broke. Very cheap material from this kind of hotel.
