Renaissance Paris La Defense Hotel

That they charged me at the hotel after I paid on here so I never used this reservation.... would like my money back....

We really like this hotel overall. Location is great-5 minutes away from main Metro stations. Going to Eiffel tower takes 20 min-Disneyland 30 min by metro. Shopping mall is 1min away. Rooms are big enough for three( 2 adults + 1 four years old).5 star

28 euros breakfastinfo said free wi-fi, told me its only free in the lobby, after slight complain gave me free wi-fi, but I had to select 10 euros a night during log on. They said they would wave the charges. I'll wait for my credit card charges

Really nice hotel and nice room! So close to the arena which was very convenient for the show I was seeing. Also the breakfast was SO good, maybe best hotel breakfast I’ve had.

I was given a very bad room and this is happening for the last 2 times. The room is not fully cleaned and the fornitures are old and you have holes in the walls. The price is super high for the quality of the room that i was given.

Needs a renovation, and the layout of the central areas is not welcoming. Feels like a 2 stars hotel, not 4 stars.

Great location close to the La Defense Arena (we were attending an event at the venue) and walking distance from Westfield shopping mall. Decent breakfast variety and omelettes made on the spot, which is better that the powder egg seen in a lot of hotels.

The hotel is nice but you can definitely notice it needs some renovation. The ceiling above the toilet seat area in out bedroom looked kind of temporary fix up. Some renovation is needed.We had dinner at the restaurant one night and when we arrived we were told we needed to wait sited for 5 minutes. But the person after us was asked if he was staying at the hotel and when he confirmed he was sited right away. I had to call the waited and ask why the person was sited before us if he also did not had any reservation. It was only then that the employee asked if we were staying at the hotel and apologised and gave us a sit. He said he did not know we were staying at the hotel, but he then I don't get why he asked the person after and not us. We did not had any jackets on us so it would have been an easy assumption, but the best would be to treat all clients the same and ask the question. Unlike the breakfast, the dining food was just OK and we waited very long to be served. This down points will not prevent me from staying int he hotel due to great proximity to the arena and shopping mall, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The room itself was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It's just a real shame about the restaurant.

The room was very clean and comfortable, clean. However it was a pity that after attending -all day- a congress on Friday, we couldn't have a proper meal. The restaurant had an appealing menu, but unfortunately, many dishes were unavailable, -They said that was not a cook/chef on Friday-.We ordered a cauliflower soup, which turned out to be quite disappointing -it was served cold and tasted unpleasant. I mean, how can you go wrong with soup?Form main course, we had fish with vegetables. While the vegetables were extremely cooked, the overall taste was terrible. I would not recommend the restaurant at all.I should say, the room itself was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It's just a real shame about the restaurant.

Perfect property for visiting a concert at the Defense Arena. Great location Also the staff were brilliant - one of my kids left some belongings in the room and we only discovered after we returned home. The staff located the items and returned them via FedEx.

The staff were super friendly and approachable, couldn't do enough for us. Very accomodating for early check in. Facilities were exceptional. Very warm, clean, welcoming, and elegant. Very comfortable sleep. Will definitely stay here again, great access to the arena

Location is near to the concert location, next to Westfield, very convenient.

We booked a room for three people, they did not help us to set up the sofa bed, so three of us needed to squeeze into one bed. Also, the sink was a bit blocked and the water flow was very slow. I don’t expect that in a four stars hotel.
