    Pros +

    • Super professional staff, comfortable room, comfortable bed. Location slightly off the beaten path, so great for crowd-avoiders like me. I'm surprised it's only a 3 star; I would have guessed 4!!
    • Great location, cool decor and very friendly staff.
    • Great location for most places in Paris.

    Cons -

    • Nope--everything was great!
    • Strange food smells from kitchen even though we were on the third floor. The hotel obviously realised this as there were scented boxes in the cupboards to disguise it.
    • This hotel has pushed false advertising to a new limit. The gym? A treadmill and a yoga mat. Squeezed in a closet. I was under the impression that I was getting the superior room that didn’t make me feel like I was in a jail cell, or asylum, which I was heading to. The ceilings are not sound proof. Who doesn’t like boots stepping on your head when you desperately need sleep. You might get your room cleaned by 5:00pm, things may not be replaced, and wear your slippers, the floors barely mopped. The Leader used the elevator a lot and held it on whatever floor They have the same breakfast every day. Eggs and ham. ham and eggs. Eggs and ham. And if you want to have a peaceful breakfast, forget about it. There’s an employee that loudly scuffs the heals of his loose sneakers as he walks back and forth, he doesn’t miss a heal. I was told I was allowed one plastic water bottle a day. Ummm… I’m sure I could add to this but I haven’t slept in 12 days.

Great location with small but comfortable rooms. Great bars and restaurants nearby, metro to main tourist sites close by and walking distance to many nice sites and shopping streets.

The employees. They took very good care of me and were marvelous. Every single one of them. If it were not for them, I would have been completely miserable and would have move to another hotel.

The breakfast was good, the neighborhood was excellent, bars, restaurants, boutiques, metro all at your feet!!!

    The breakfast could be better

The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a great vibe. It has the perfect location next to loads of cafes and restaurants and close to public transport. Beds are comfy and they have huge fluffy bath towels. Breakfast was included in our package, lots on offer with great service from staff.

The rooms are quite compact so not much room to spread out but there is a lounge downstairs if you need a little extra space.

Great location and staff but room size smaller than i expected

    4TariqPosted on: 11-24-2025

    Great staff and excellent location

No temperate control and they tell you to open the window if you want the room colder which means a lot of noise

    8AnoushkaPosted on: 11-16-2025

good location for what we wanted, great reception staff.

not a big thing, but a cleaning cart was in front of our door for most of the afternoon and the hallway is small so it was a bit difficult to get around it to our room.

Everything, especially the gym and sauna. Great view, great room, awesome and cozy lobby. Staff was extremely polite, kind and helpful.

Cleaning staff cleaned quite late one afternoon which got in the way a bit but they were quick :)

The warm welcome at 0030.The location, in the 11th/bastille area, whilst a half hour metro ride to the main sites, was fabuous.Easy access from gare du lyon.Staff thoughtful and kind.

    Nothing to note.

Very interesting decorations, comfortable bed, good shower, toilet a little separated from bathroom. Close to Bastille Opera, and in an interesting, lively area of Paris.

We’re happy to reuse our towels to “save the planet” but there was nowhere to hang them to dry.Minimal space around the bed.

    Was very mediocre

Staff were not always friendly when I asked for help. The rooms were extremely small and not comfortable for more than one person. There was also a stain on my sheets. Overall, the location was decent, but I would not stay here again.

Charming hotel with helpful friendly staff. Room was small but nice. Breakfast was good, including scrambled eggs.

Location was great close to two great restaurants eat at Chez Paul’s across the street and smal place next door and you will not be disappointed.

A/C was poor to non working- the only time you had electricity was when you were in the room. So it got hot during day and took too long at nightTo cool down. Rooms very small

    8JuliánPosted on: 9-14-2025

Good rooms. The place is nice and surrounded by restaurants and nice shops. Close to two metro stations with a lot of lines. The personnel were nice, specially, Said.

Breakfast could be better. Not a lot of options.
