Pros +
- Location was great! And there was an option of early check in.
- This hotel is perfect to enjoy Paris. The location is unbelievable ?
- We were really looking for an affordable hotel in Paris and found this one. Despite some mixed reviews, I trusted my instincts since we’d only be sleeping there. It totally exceeded my low expectations! Our room had a balcony with a lovely view, which I absolutely loved. The location was great, and all the staff were kind, helpful, and really welcoming, so overall, we had a wonderful stay.
Cons -
- It’s nothing like on the photos. The room was dirty, tiny and everything was falling apart. Sheets had a strong smell of body odor. Additionally, it was very loud for the majority of the night. I was staying there for only one night, so I was fine, but I wouldn’t want to stay there longer than that.
- It’s pretty modest. Comfortable and clean
- Not much to say really — maybe the bathroom is a bit old and the facilities are basic, but it’s okay. It’s Paris!

Location
There were bugs in the floor, no elevator, lady at the reception was nos helpful or friendly.
Pls dont book. It was dirty and horrible place to stay
Dirty, foul smell, dirty bed and toilet and every where
I didn't realize breakfast was included. I saw a sign for it, but didn't realize it was included. The location was great, and the people were nice. It was helpful that I could store my luggage before and after checkout. I appreciate that this was what it costs, (100 Euros), for any kind of room in this neighborhood in June. Great that there was a fan.
The room was a little tacky, floor was uneven and creaky. There was only a large towel, not small one for face. It was very basic.
The locationThe small balcony
Not so cleanNo shower in the room
We were devastated to discover that the hotel staff had stolen from us both out of the hotel room and from our bags when we asked them to watch them on our last day. This was a terrible experience and I highly discourage anyone from booking with them.

The location of the property was perfect
Everything except the male Asian staff who was really nice to us, every other thing was bad! I’ve never been in an hotel and had to walk up the next floor to take a shower before, all thanks to this property who helped me experience that in the most dehumanising way! I couldn’t wait to leave as I have already paid and just had to enjoy my stay! I remembered asking for a shower gel and I was told non was left! A lot happened that I can’t say about this property!! When coming please be aware no bathrooms /shower in the rooms you may have to climb up the floor for a shower! If you don’t mind all this and you wanna go for a centralised location then that is your place cheer! ??
Bad
The staff's attitude is very bad. The hotel is not comfortable, not clean, smells bad, no linens provided, and the blankets and pillows are dirty.
The pictures do not reflect reality. The room is small and not very clean.

subway in 8 minutes. the hotel is quite far from all places of interest (more than an hour's walk), so I do not recommend it. not at all what was in the photo. we shnaishoi a lot of other people's hair as soon as we arrived. no one ever cleaned under the bed, because it was very dirty. the bed is terrible, the mattress sinks in and it is very uncomfortable to sleep. people at the reception are unfriendly. very thin walls and you can hear all the neighbors
The place is wonderful, and the hosts are amazing and very kind. They are a lovely family who even offered me food for free, and the room is comfortable.
This stay was horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!
This “hotel” is not a hotel at all. It’s a sorry excuse for a hostel. On the website a Jack and Jill room was promised with a flat screen tv. None of that was at this facility. The bathroom was shared with everyone staying there. It was disgusting with-mold and dirt everywhere. Our room smelled like vomit and had mold coming out of the pipes. The stairs were cracked. And the halls were completely run down. the staff was no help. This place is unlivable and you will get sick if you stay here due to the mold. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The positions of the hotel was nice, close to the center and metro.
The photo published in Booking didn’t correspond to the reality. The bathroom and toilet were awful.
It was very dirty, photos are completely scam. Room was so small and bed was so cheap and uncomfortable. Bathroom was in front of window and there was no curtains. It felt very unsafe.
EVERYTHING. DONT GO THERE!
Location is ok
when we arrived we got told the room wasent cleaned yet we were told tho we could go leave our baggage in the room and come back in an hours time so we went up to the uncleaned room now I mean filthy and obviously when we walked into the room we seen the sheets and blankets that were on the bed and we seen stains on them but we were like fine ok the room is being cleaned but when we came back none of the sheets or blankets were changed still the same stains on them in the same spots and there was just a horrible smell of them the toilet didn’t flush you couldn’t leave the sink on for more than ten seconds because it would overflow me and my friend were sleeping with our jackets on us for the whole stay becuase we refused to put them same blankets with smells and stains on them on us
Very good location. Free and easy access
No towels given. Felt sorry for staff sleeping on ground floor with permanently unlocked front door
The position.
I think it’s the worst "hotel" I’ve stayed in my whole life. Very dirty rooms, dirty sheets with hair on the pillows, shared bathroom really too small, broken television, really old rooms. I do not recommend it even for a night. A hostel would have been better.
The location is perfect, near to metro & there are restaurants nearby
There was no lift & our room is in 3rd floor. It is hard to carry our luggage by stairs.
