Pros +
- Very good service from the staff at the hotel.
- Hotel exceeded expectations for our trip, and right by Gare Du Nord for ease of access for the for the Eurostar
- room was tiny but adequate
Cons -
- Yes. I had booked a quadruple room but the hotel does not offer such a thing. They were wonderful and moved is to two double rooms which worked for me since my children are older. This would be a big problem for families with younger children.
- Although I reserved a twin bed room, but it was a double bed room. The bathroom seemed enough specious for us, but a way worn out and a big window of the bathroom was not protected from outside (no rolls nor curtains), so it was a bit too visible to the public to use it naked. The breakfast was good, but some more vegetables and different types of cheese would be great. One of the them was not ready to give more information about the museums, as we visited there on the Museum Day. The tourists need usually informative support from the hotel staff.
- Stayed at 6th floor and the elevator reached only first 5 floors, still was a good experience

We are very happy with our stay. Staff is very friendly and patient. Jorai was very helpful in solving our problems. Thank you Jorai!
Kitchenette and cooking equipments were ready to use. That was good. 5 min walk away from Gare du Nord. That was very convenient and comfortable. Breakfast has more varieties than expected. Most of the hotel staffs are very kind and helpful.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Gard Du Nord train station, and it did not disappoint, a very short walk, 4 minutes. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Small, comfortable room
Very close and convenient to gare du nord
Stayed at 6th floor and the elevator reached only first 5 floors, still was a good experience
It accommodated my group effectively. There were four of us and we needed three beds. We stayed on the top floor and it was like a two bedroom suite. It even had a kitchenette. If you are looking for bridal dresses and special occasion gowns there are several shops on the same street as well as suits for grooms and groomsmen or special occassion. The staff are excellent and very helpful.
The elevator can only fit 2 people and only goes to the fifth floor. The stairs are spiral. The shower glass does not cover the shower area enough.
Great location with simple easy access to Gare du Nord. We had a room that opened up overlooking Rue de Rocroy and it was lovely. Great breakfast.
Tons of graffiti and trash in the area - but that is true of all of Paris. There was no more than at other points in Paris. It is said that Parisians have let this happen to their city.
Close to train station, nice breakfast
AC didn’t work
Location was great. Numerous restaurants and coffee places , and very convenient to get to different places. The room was small but cosy. The kitchenette is very useful and all utensiles are clean and tidy . Sititng by the kitchen of the restaurant at breakfast, ot was great to see the lady washing every single plate individually and nicely cleaning them!
Few things went very wrong : We asked for possible early check-in, which was not only dismissed, but we were told even after check-in time that the room may not be ready and we had to wait! We didnt wait much long though but the room didnt have some stuff, e.g. mug for two. I called the reception and they told us to go downstairs and get it ourselves!!!! Then there was no handwash and no shapmoo in the bathroom. We asked 4 times for replacing it, and we got it eventually Ourselves the following day! On the first day, a (we think) cleaning lady entered the room while we were exhusted asleep in the bed!!!!!!! No explanation about that afterwards! The room service only happened once , claiming that it is for the comfort of the guests and environment. We got towels from reception ourselves but there was always a piece that was dirty and had stains. Some stuff were very helpful, some didnt even bother to talk in English !
Very handy to Gare du Nor. Easy walk to Gare dEst. Aldi supermarket 5 min walk.Staff quite helpful.Comfortable bed
Tiny apartment in dire need of maintenance. Door handle in bathroom falling off, much very worn paintwork.Small light over cooking area obscured by microwave. Extremely limited eating and cooking utensils. Very high price for what was offered.Advertised discount on river cruise not available. We have stayed in small apartments all over Europe. This was probably the worst.
Place was clean. Workers were very helpful but desk close to terminal.
Good
The room was clean and well equiped if one wants to dine inside. I never opt for a breakfast, so no opinion there. The property is situated very close to both Gare du Nord and Garre du l'Est, and also offers good access to a metro station. Price is quite reasonable for Paris.
Although I am pleased with my wxperience, the pictures present the hotel in a slightly different way than it actually is. This is not a problem, but still looks better on pictures which is a bit misleading. Of course there might be bigger room also, but I am not in a position to comment on this. We had to wait 30 minutes after the official check in time, which is not a big problem, but still I believe that the check in times should be observed.
The breakfast was good, the young lady who was in charge of breakfast was very polite & friendly she worked hard
Shower was broke, should have reported it but didn’t
Great location and friendly staff. Price pretty good for central Paris.
The place was pretty run down. The rooms have been redecorated fairly recently but were already looking worn - the door to our bathroom was jammed. Cleaning needed to be improved - the bed had been badly made, tables had cup marks from the previous occupants and they did not refill coffee sachets on the second day.
The stay was good and I would recommed only the view on the opposite wall was horrible.
I expected the room with a view. That was on the pictures on Booking.
We arrived late off the Eurostar so the location was great. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.Part of the reason I booked was because there was a kitchenette advertised and I wanted to make breakfast in the morning before leaving. I was very disappointed that there was no coffee pot or any way of making coffee. I think this should be rectified for future visitors
Location was perfect. Beds comfy. Staff very nice.
Wasn't told there would be internal restoration work ongoing on my floor and in front of my room. There was plastic covering on the floor. Carpet was torn up. At breakfast, there was cleaning being done at the high entry times blocking ways.
A rare find in Paris, a room with a balcony. It was all I desired. Check in was charming, the room was perfect. Imagine a warm Parisian evening, the sun slowing marching across the sky, and you have a box seat. This is the apartment. There’s a handy fridge for the cooling of wine. The balcony itself has a cute table and two chairs. The rest is mere detail: nice bed, coffee, lovely shower. Perfect!
