Splendid Hotel

Este hotel está cerca de todo, es muy limpio y sus empleados muy respetuoso!

No me gusto que el ascensor comienza en la segunda planta !

The location is excellent, just a ten-minutes walk from the Champs des Mars and literally around the corner from the metro stop Avenue de Emile Zola. There are many great restaurants and bakeries in the area and the neighboorhood feels very chill and fun.

Small warning for those of you of more generous build: the showers are somewhat on the smaller side.

Splendid is such a cute and cozy hotel. Nestled within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower (20min or so) but also has Metro access almost right out its front door which made our time in Paris much more enjoyable. Claudia was absolutely amazing and so welcoming! Would stay here again. The place, location, and people were all amazing!

The location! The location was perfect and a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and the gardens. Check in was very smooth… you have to walk up or down a small flight of stairs to access the lift. The room was comfortable and the view was fantastic!

All of the staffs are very nice. The room is clean. The location is wonderful, you can see the Eiffel tower from this hotel.

Wish elevator worked on all floors, not just the even # floors (2,4,6)

Extremely kind staff that will attend to u 24/7! The location COULD NOT be better! Truly a good overall stay, just keep in mind there is no fridge.

Elevator stops were one in between floors - had to carry heavy luggage up or down one flight of stairs to get to your floor

At the very end, they gave me a bottle of water when I didn't have 1€ in cash to pay for it. Location is good.

Since the beginning, it was a bad experience. The toilet seat had a crack and it pinched my leg quite painfully. I bought a 10€ toilet seat in Lidl, I'm sure for what they charge, they can get a new one. Also, the communication was awful when I booked. They gave me a list to choose my "way of arrival" and I clicked on "Train", then got some condescending email asking me if I am not aware that there are 6 train stations in Paris and that I should've specified (notice the options were "airplane, train, car..." to click on, it wasn't an open question. Anyways, there's a thing called the internet that I can use to guide me to the hotel, maybe they don't know. Finally, I think the receptionist could save himself from telling women to smile.

Beds were very comfortable! Shower was roomy. Staff was very friendly—Claudia was amazing Very central location! Comfortable sitting area in the lobby

Rooms are small but that is very common for Paris! Plugs are randomly placed but there were plenty in the room to charge things! Elevator does not go to every flat floor, you will have to do a few stairs

Claudia was super friendly and professional and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The hotel had really good coffee, even though it was from a machine.. Everything was spotless clean. Location is walking distance from Eiffel Tower and many cute shops and bakeries. Definitely recommend!

We loved the Splendid Hotel. The location was very good - walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and so many restaurants, cafes & bakeries. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Secure luggage storage was available for early arrival. The rooms were a bit small, but as expected. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked delicious and ample. It is very old, but well preserved and charming. We loved our stay!

Everything was very good for us. Just be aware the elevator is small and some rooms are accessible only by walking up or down a flight of stairs.

The hotel is well located, close to public transport and some main attractions. The staff were nice and helpful.

The room was very small, the shower was impossible to take a proper shower as it barely could fit a person. The photos on booking do not correspond to the room we stayed in. The value we paid was not corresponded to what we got. The breakfast is simple, good but not much options, and always the same.

Staff accommodated us to a bigger room after we complained.

Rooms were too small to walk around the beds. some weird bugs were on the beds. tiny like small flies I think. Gross

Property is small, typical of Paris though but very clean and facilities worked well. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

Amazing balcony view with Eiffel tower! Quiet and safe neighborhood.

What an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower! We loved staying here and wish it was more than one night! Charlie was amazing and went well above our expectations to make sure we were comfortable!

We didn’t have much time here but there didn’t seem to be too many cafes nearby.

Cosy appartments, very nice personelle on reception, starring with Claudia, Charles and with the Moldavian lady from breakfast.Clean rooms, daily.Diversified breakfast.Location very close to subway stations (M10 Emile Zola and M6/8/12 Le Motte Pique Grenelle) and only 20min walk from Eiffel Tower.I would definitelly chose Hotel Splendid as my stay for a new vacation in Paris.

One of our 2 rooms had a bit too small bath-cab, a bit difficult to take a bath when you are a tall person.
