Location, cleanliness.

Small room.

I liked the fairly large room (#501) and the bathroom we were given in the main section of the hotel. It had good views of the area, good tea & coffee available in the room, as well as slippers & robes for our use.

There is another section of the hotel, a few doors down the street, where we were originally assigned a room, but because the elevator there was not working, we were reassigned to a different room in the main section of the hotel. The key card to get in was also difficult to use in this other section of the hotel. I did not like the inconveniences in this section of the hotel and am grateful that we stayed in the main part of the hotel where all functioned well and someone was at the reception desk 24/7.

I have stayed here many times, location is convenient for the metro, restaurants, staff always welcoming.

Rooms in different buildings, keys sometimes didn't work to enter building. Lift too small and noisy.

Central to getting around Paris

Slightly run down in the hallways.No teaspoon in room and more milk needed plus moisturiser instead of 2 lots of conditioner?

They gave us a full refund and I moved to another hotel.

I liked the photos on the website but not true in real life unfortunately. We were offered other rooms which were also unclean. Black mould in bathroom very outdated. Service mocked my comments on cleanliness and lack of privacy in bathroom was shocking.

Bed was comfy, shower was good, staff were friendly

Room was significantly smaller than pictures made out. Air conditioning only put out hot air (i tried every setting)

Bathroom/toilet terrible. So small that a bigger person would have problems. It was already quite uncomfortable for such a small person as me. As the lift.Everything very outdated and worn down. Reception staff, worst I’ve ever seen, no greetings, zero facial expressions, no smiles..

The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, the room temperature was pleasant, and there were good options at breakfast.

The elevator in the part of the building where we stayed was very small. However, the bathroom was what disappointed me the most: there was a lot of mold in the shower grout, the toilet seat was loose, and the door jammed when opening and closing.

Toilet seat broken Sink is leaking Shampoo bottle is empty The shower space is so tiny that you can not freely move. It’s even hard to enter.

The room was clean and quiet, it has all the facilities(towels, bathrobe, coffee maker), the locations is very good, at 200 meters from Montparnasse Garre, and the same from bus station, right in front of Montparnasse Tower, you have also a lot off restaurants near(japanese, indian, thai, etc)

Didn't like there was no reception on one of the buildings so if someone didn't close the front door properly, anyone could get in

Great breakfast. Good location, very close to the Gare Montparnasse. Good choice of restaurants close by.

The staff of the reception don’t have good attitude, they don’t speak spanish and some of them were apathetic. The rooms are very small, the elevator is uncomfortable

Rooms are too tiny. Rooms are not shown as like the photos. No room telephone. Air conditioning system is not working properly. Cleaning not sufficient well. Missing towels. Missing facial tissues. Restaurants located in a separate building. Too tiny lift. Unable to carry luggages.

Very close to underground subway hub, and many affordable restaurants nearby. The breakfast was quite tasty and some variety.

It was a good 20-30 minutes to get by subway to central Paris sites. The front desk person was often busy with other clients so it was hard to ask them for travel/ navigation tips. I also wish we had known about the great ‘water cooler’ on our first day… we discovered it as we were checking out, and it had been a hot visit!

Mouldy bathroomNo lifts past the 5th floor so would have been very difficult to drag 2 x 30 kg suitcases up to the last level where we were originally booked for. Very fortunately a compassionate staff member swapped rooms for us even though they were almost fully booked. This was much appreciated

The bed was comfy and the location was good.

The room was tiny. Not what was advertised on the pictures, went to the toilet and knees would touch the door. Ridiculous. Found sweets on the floor that hadn’t been cleaned from previous occupants. Would not recommend.
