room very small and cold and was pained a day earlier. when we got there I felt they have given our room to someone else as it was late at night due to flight being delayed. also someone else was in the same situation as I was and had to wait for room..

The reception area was clean and the staff not bad ,just not so informative because of the language barrier none of them speaks a single word of English.

The room was so hot ac not working,the bedding was awful very thin mattress and wrap with plastic cover and pillow was horrible,never had a good sleep in that place

I liked the ambiance of the hotel, the location is very accessible and theres so many nearby convinient stores where you can grab something if you need them. Also the speed of the internet of the hotel was really good.

Well, for me it could have a room slippers, vault, and a telephone.. the one I had in my room was broken and its really inconvienient for me to get down to the reception and ask for a request instead of just calling them through the phone. I was in room 208.

The lack of a night restaurant, meaning there's nowhere to eat, and even worse, there's no water in the rooms.

They should speak English , all the personnel in reception.Room is very small , even not possible to stand any where .Bathroom super small.No water, no glass even given, nothing actually provided other than towel.

Clean hotel, Good location and close to metro station.

The location is very interesting, very close to the Canal and with many restaurants, cafes and grocery shops. Good value for money. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Safe location.

Staff was friendly with my limited French, even helping me learn and pronounce new words! Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The area it was in was beautiful with a wonderful walk along the canal

The rooms are a little cramped if you are booked with another person, and theres a firestation nearby so I hope you like sirens. That said the windows closed made them hard to hear!

Breakfast is great and cheap. Rooms are OK (I traveled solo). Facilities are reasonable and there's nearby metro, buses, and stores around. Very close to La Villette.

The location by the science museum and the canal was wonderful.

The shower in room 636 does not drain correctly. Water collects all over the bathroom floor.The rooms and the hallway sometimes smelled very strongly of smoke and cigarettes. It gave us headaches at least once.

Reception was wonderful and staff friendly and helpful .the decor was interesting and comfortable.

The room was tired .The bathroom door was damaged and the paint was all chipped on it .there was no air conditioning in the room and as it was very hot it made the night uncomfortable .the rest of the room was ok .bed comfortable and a wonderful view of La vilette .The room was quite small but adequate .

Location of the hotel is great!However it costs a lot for such amenities!

Rooms would benefit from some refreshment, a really tiny bathroom smelled and water was leaking from the shower due to cracks in shower walls.

Standard hotel

Horrible service. The staffs are just unprofessional and impolite. They didn’t ask me to pay when checking in, so I supposed they will charge me on checking out. But in the next morning, 1,2 guys just came to my face saying “you have to pay sir” with an impolite approach seems like I am the one refusing to pay. In the afternoon, another two staffs told me that I have to pay city tax, I was confused cuz I just paid in the morning, the fact is that the staff la in the morning didn’t charge my city tax. I was totally not comfortable with the inconvenience they brought due to their own mistakes. And then they said it was their mistakes, didn’t insist to charge us the city tax. Then in the morning of checking out, another staffs asked us again to pay the city tax and threaten me that they will tell Booking I refuse to pay.

Breakfast was affordable.

Not a clean room, not in a good area. The staffs are not kind.They did not care about your problems. They did not even gave us a glass!!
