Staff were fabulous. Lobby was amazing - so welcoming and comfortable.

Limited access to coffee/tea/water.

Location is excellent, lots of restaurants in the area and great transportation links.

The bathroom was fine but very small , but that’s the case in many Parisian hotels in this price range

Excellent position for going to Bastille Opera. Nice breakfast. Quiet and reasonably comfortable. Adequate and well priced.

Rooms are very small, tiny bathroom and shower. No coffee or tea in the room. Like shoe boxes, not a great view. but quiet and comfortable enough.

Excellent location for going to opera Bastille. Decent room and very good breakfast.

Bathroom doors were creaking in our, but even worse in the room above us - this was disturbing our sleep. Forgot to mention at the reception, when leaving...

The staff was very friendly, clean room, loved the parking. And adored the cosy vibe of the hotel.

Its central location.

There was no wifi signal and no signal for phone communication in my room. I wouldn't recommend it t those travelling for work and need internet connection.

The location was perfect for us, the room was quiet and felt fresh, clean and airy. The beds and pillows provided comfort and good support. The breakfast buffet was excellent

Good and solid hotel, quiet room, no noise. Good beds.

Lot of tiny wear and tear everywhere, stayed multiple times now in this hotel, needs regular updates or else it does not stay tiny anymore.

The hall is very beautiful and big, the room cleaners are the best,The comment was taken into account during booking.

They don't put a small towel in the bathroom, the breakfast is the same every day, nothing changes, I missed a few smiles from the staff at the reception and at breakfast.

Very well located and the hotel was I think just refreshed so very nice!

Everything, the breakfast not so much

Everything was perfect. Beds were comfy, bathroom was small but that´s standard for Paris probably. The location is also pretty nice, lots of cafes/bakeries/restaurants around. I would visit again.

There was no window or a working fan in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly, polite, and always solved problems quickly and efficiently. The pillows, blankets, and towels smelled very fresh and clean, which made the stay more comfortable. Location is acceptable, because subways are very close to the hotel.

The shower was extremely small and leaked water onto the bathroom floor. The shampoo, body wash, and hand soap were all in the same bottle, which felt unhygienic and cheap. The mattress was uncomfortable and not properly attached to the bed frame, so it moved and made a lot of noise every time I moved while sleeping. Overall, this seriously affected the quality of my stay.

Excellent location with multiple metro stations close by. The room was a decent size, the beds super comfy and the room temperature easy to control. Excellent good value food in the restaurant and friendly staff. I knew we were some where special as soon as we entered the lobby which exudes welcome.

Professional and modern

Only issue was they ran out of croissants at breakfast. How is that possible in Paris.

Breakfast was better than expected

Couldn’t adjust the air-con properly, air was dry so had difficulties sleeping

The location was really good. Few minutes walk to the metro station. And the area was good. The staff was friendly and nice. İnside the hotel was very nicely decorated.

The room bin was full when we checked in. Also, the toilet wasnt very clean. Also, I didnt like the breakfast.

That it is in a good place near to the metro station and it is really good if you like to walk to explore Paris. It is near to many lively places

The shower is too small, the breakfast is good and convenient during winter so you don’t need to go out early in the cold to eat during summer I don’t recommend it is better to explore the bakeries all over Paris

While the hotel was fine overall, the bedrooms were very small, two large suitcases would have been a tight fit. Considering the price, this was disappointing. The bathroom was also quite compact, with a small shower and no window that opened.
