No lock for lockers, no curtains to separate bed

I was asked to pay another fee or tax? In person when I got there. Not a huge amount, but enough to make a difference when considering which hostel to book on the website. Also the check in receptionist forgot to return my passport or give me a room key. The issue was amended later, but every receptionist was overall quite curt and unfriendly.

Clean, nice staff, own bathroom, nice location.

The code, to enter the main door, got changed and I didn’t receive a mail with the new code. Therefore we had to wait at 3am outside till a guest noticed us and opened the door. Mistakes happen though! And other than that, it was an amazing stay.

The location is good, close to the train station. The hostel is good for one night stay if you’re taking a train. A good surprise was that in a 4 beds room I booked there were only 3 beds and one person other than me staying. The bathroom’s in the room so that was very comfortable. And I really loved that the price for such a bed wasn’t much higher than if you stayed in 8beds mixed dorm.

It didn’t really feel clean. The blanket had hairs on it, so I didn’t really want to use it. The room was a bit messy too. But that’s only maybe because of a roommate.

No elevator & small rooms

comfortable location with nearby metro station which makes transportation options much more comfortable, staff were nice and helpful. rooms quiet and people socialising in the common area.

Clean, nice neighborhood, front person was friendly

Bank bed bottom one has not enough hight. While putting sheets on, I hit my head more than 10 times.

In the second day shower was broken, and I need wait one day without it

It’s my second time visiting Paris and the same hostel, Great location and very accessible.

Again check in person was very friendly and even remembered me from last week's stay. Room was a good size for 3 women.

Bathroom curtain was dirty and light at bed did not work. Both need attention.

Check in staff was very friendly and bathroom and room were clean.

But the room was too tiny for 4 women!

It was in a nice neighborhood close to the Mouton metro station.

The room felt crowded but it was a good deal for the money.

This is a pretty modest place. It's not dirty or uncomfortable, but it matches the price. I just needed a quick night to crash in Paris while I was on my way elsewhere and it did the trick in a pinch.

I arrived after midnight and wasn't anybody there, I had to look another place to stay the night.

Quiet room and smooth check-in process. The Hostel communicates in advance all required information for check-in, finding the location, and essential need to know info. The room had air conditional, and there is a kitchen and good Wifi connection.

The lamp of my bed was not working and it was challenging to get light at night without waking up others. The fridge is mostly full and can quickly become dirty. Fridge cleaned once a week.

Good for just sleep one night

The room is hot so I don’t recommend to stay in summer season

Good location for me as I want somewhere close to Gare Montparnasse for my onward travel. The room was quite small but ok and clean enough. Also good common area with kitchen.

They kept sending me standard messages but never answered my questions before I arrived.

The room was really comfortable. I stayed in a four-bed mixed dorm, and everything was fine. The bathroom was very clean.

It’s not very close to the most popular places in Paris, but it’s a great option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay.

Price and location.

Would not recommend to anyone who values the security of your luggage. Firstly,there is no lockers or locked room for luggage storage. The luggage room is open and has only shelves inside and the lockers inside the room cannot be locked. Secondly, I really appreciate the staffs who respect their jobs and kept offering cleaning services (even though you asked for do not disturb in the reception) unless they would not LEFT YOUR DOOR OPEN after leaving! I booked a triple room for four nights and locked the door every morning when I left. However, the second day when I went back, I found the door was open. Luckily the only changes in the room were the changed towels and trash bin. I inquired the reception if they entered room for the cleaning and they said it was their fault, so I told them do not disturb and open the door. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again in the fourth day. The door was open AGAIN when I was back (with changed towels)?.
