The staff is kind, welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was quite good and much better than many other hotels in Paris. The hotel is very well located and rooms are clean.

- The location is excellent. Very easy access to city centre and transport- Lovely staff- Safe neighbourhood with lots if shops to visit, grocery shops around

- TV did not work- AC was not working at all. Room was too hot- Did not like the system where we had ti leave our key at the reception when leaving the building

Nothing! Yes the lift is small , but big enough for 2 people and small luggage

Was feeling very welcome from the very start and the stuff was very friendly and even remembering me when i came back they gave me my key directly. Overall super compfy bed, great location and great stay.

The rooms are very very small. The day personnel are very nice and welcoming, but the person doing the night shift is not very friendly and was often over the phone when we interacted with him. The hotel requires that you return your key when you leave the hotel and they give it back when you return, but on our first night the night personnel did not even check our identity before giving us our key. It doesn't seem very secure and basically anybody can come and get the room key without controlling their identity.

Great location! It’s quiet (we appreciated that) compared to say Montmatre, but so easy to get to everywhere else you want to see on your first visit to Paris. There are bus and metro stations close by (5-10 mins walk away). My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The shower was amazing, and bathroom was a nice size. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and even let us store our luggage on our last day so we could continue exploring until we needed to get to Gare du Nord.

The staff are so accommodating and the place is close to Metro, shops and restaurants. Family friendly and in a safe neighborhood. This is our second stay here and we were not disappointed.

Overall, I had a great experience the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked two rooms which were clean, and next to each other. it’s very convenient as there’s great restaurant close by and metro lines and bus are very accessible.

The room comes with a very comfortable bed, A/C, large closet space, and a large bathroom, all up to date. The greatest selling point is its convenient location near the Batignolles neighboorhood, as well as access to several bus lines (such as the 66 & 94) and metro stations at Villiers or Pont Cardinet to access the rest of the city. Very competitive room rates for summer in Paris.

They provide you with a bulky key instead of a keycard.

The hotel and location was ok, but further from Sacrecour than expected.

The fact I booked 2 rooms (1 twin & 1 double) months in advance and specifically asked for them to be next to each other, I even emailed the hotel when booking it to confirm this and they said yes, no problem. When we arrived, both rooms were double! Ended up with one room on the ground floor and the other on the top floor which wasn't ideal with 2 kids! Breakfast was also lacking in the amount of food available, once the hot food was taken it wasn't replaced, even less options available on the 2nd day, even though we had paid for hot and cold food.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The location is extremely convenient with a market, shops, restaurants, grocery store and the metro station near by. The hotel was quiet and our room comfortable.

Our room did not have a small refrigerator which would have been convenient.
