Great location close the metro. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean room

The hallways are a little dark and dingy. The lights are on automatic timers that switch off too fast

The room was quite nice, and the size was appropriate. Although it faced the street, it was still quiet. The breakfast was decent. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and I would consider staying here again next time.

Great location and clean rooms.

Staff is poor. I asked for extra towel, they asked back why do you need it, already there are some towels and all. Water kept accumulating in the basin, didn’t go down easily. Poor facilities for the price.

Great location, very close to the tube station, which takes you directly to the centre of Paris. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby that are perfect for a lovely lunch.The breakfast was beautiful each morning and really set us up for a great day. The room facilities were very good and well maintained ( very clean). The gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful and supportive — excellent customer service throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, it was raining during our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the beautiful garden. We will definitely need to come back in the summer to experience it properly!

Very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the hotel has an excellent location with great transport connections. There are bakeries, restaurants, and shops very close to the hotel, which is very convenient.There is a lift in the hotel. The room was clean and cleaned daily, and the hotel was quiet, which made the stay comfortable. Beds were also super comfortable. The hotel has beautiful garden, worth spending some time there.Since the hotel offers breakfast, it’s understandable that glasses may not be provided in the room, just upon request, still this could be potentially a standard. Maybe additional wall hook could be considered, especially for jackets during winter season. But these are small recommendations and not impacting overall positive experience. Next time I`m in Paris, I will choose Hotel Alhambra without any hesitation.

Nice overall, clean, comfortable and well located. They kept our luggage for a couple of hours after check out.

We were 4 adults and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable, best suited for a child. We asked if there was a chance to add an extra mattress but they said no. The staff was not rude but could be nicer.

The location is perfect, my partner & I were over for a gig in the bataclan which was a 2 minute walk from the venue. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Location was perfect I’m great neighborhood with variaty of restaurants and shops.

On the day two of our stay, elevator broke and didn’t get fix while we were there. No fridge in the room. The accountability for hotel breakfast purchase needs work. At checkout we were held up by being charged 3 breakfast meals for the day we arrived. However, we arrived in the afternoon on this day, after their breakfast would be complete. The hotel rep was not understanding the whole possibility of us having the meal. Perhaps the people that checked out of our room that day before our arrival?

The hotel was very nice, clean and in a good location.

The shower does not have a door or curtain. Had to be careful to keep floor outside dry. Despite this, I would stay here again.

The staff at the desk were very helpful to me when I experienced trouble with my phone. They took the time to solve my email issues. And resolved the problem and printed the documents for me. Excellent service and very friendly staff at Alhambra Hotel Paris France! Merci

The rooms are ok and spacious. Everything was clean.

They advertise "airport shuttle" as part of their facilities, but basically what they do is call a taxi for you. At reception they gave me a rate of 60-70 euro for 2 adults + 2 kids, but the taxi driver charged 110 euro once we arrived at the airport. They also charged me for a cuadruple room, but gave me a smaller room at the end.
