Just locations

When we checked in, the staff member at the reception was very strict. She immediately talked about city tax and said that breakfast wasn’t included, without giving us any time to explain or ask questions. The first impression wasn’t good, and her English was very poor, which made communication difficult. However, later during the day another staff member was there, and she was very kind and spoke good English. She made the experience much better.

Location was great, access also very good.

Bathroom was cold with old windows allowing the cold to pass.

Cleanliness, staff, room and location

I didn't get the same room, I requested as a regular client.

The property is ideally located and close to major attractions

The facilities require some work and additional towels were not provided at all

Good location, some staffs are kind and helpful but some are not.

The landmark view is kind of cheating - due to its big brand logo, the Arch de Triumphal is blocked even you’ve booked room with balcony overpricedly.

Fantastic location, rooms were small but comfortable, clean and nice looking. The shower was warm and good. Staff was very helpful and nice. Plenty of little bistros and bakeries in the neighbourhood.

Location

Cleanliness, size, necessities like toilet paper and towels were scarce.

Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location.

I did not like this property …. The staff is extremely rude and does not know how to talk to their customers

The staff is extremely rude and does not respect customers. The manager and the lady and the reception were extremely rude and were racist

location is in the center near by the metro station which was very good to me, the room was clean and comfortable

I believe it was a good experience

Perfect location. Very close to metro station. Room was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Helpful information. Many restaurants in the area.

Fantastic location by the Arc de Triomphe; cute little room with a single bed and nice balcony. Good for one night

Very expensive hotel for a terrible experience, with very dirty room and terrible matress.

The room was not clean and needs major maintenance, with a lot of mold in the walls and the bathroom. The tiles are totally disgusting. A lot of grime in the room and the walls. Terrible bads

We liked the very convenient location and the cleaning of the room.

The room is a bit old, the air conditioning doesn't work well, it's too hot to sleep with the window closed.
