Great location close to Place de la Madeline and other walking distance attraction. A side quiet street, comfy rooms and bed. Lovely warm staff , very welcoming front desk and breakfast service .

Small room, tiny bathroom. Very little public space in the hotel. May technically be a 4* hotel, but really seems much more 3* in these aspects.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff was generally kind and helpful. Overall, everything was great and we had a pleasant experience.

The only downside was the breakfast to go. We were told in advance that a takeaway breakfast would be prepared for us due to our early departure as we requested, but in the end we were only given a piece of bread in a bag, without any of the other items we had requested. In other hotels, a proper breakfast package is usually prepared in similar situations.

The behavior of the staff, especially Ms. Nataliaa was excellent. In my opinion, the staff’s professionalism and attitude were one of the main positive points of this hotel.

I would like to share a few points regarding this hotel:At the time of booking, I paid the full amount, including taxes. However, upon arrival, the hotel charged me an additional €60 as city tax. I did not understand why I had to pay the city tax twice—once through Booking.com and once again directly to the hotel. This was not clearly mentioned at the time of booking, and I was honestly shocked when I was informed of this at check-in.The behavior of the staff, especially Ms. Nataliaa was excellent. In my opinion, the staff’s professionalism and attitude were one of the main positive points of this hotel.The fact that the hotel did not provide complimentary bottled water daily was a very negative point. Each time, the guest had to bring the bottle to the kitchen and refill it themselves. I have never experienced this in any hotel in my life, and I believe this is not appropriate for a 4-star hotel.Another very disappointing issue was that breakfast was not served as a buffet. Every day, we had to inform the staff of what we wanted, and the breakfast provided was unfortunately not good at all.All the glasses and dishes during breakfast had a very unpleasant smell, to the point that we eventually regretted having breakfast at the hotel.Finally, considering the high amount I paid, I regret to say that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.

Well it was pricey, but it’s Paris, so….

This was an excellent hotel - the location was amazing and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room itself was lovely - well equipped and clean.

Honestly, there is nothing I didn’t like!

Everything!! The location was perfect. The staff on reception were incredibly welcoming, friendly and just lovely! They helped us with advice on the best was to get to the theatre and restaurants on time for our bookings. This was the perfect hotel to stay with my two daughters for my birthday treat to see Paris Opera Ballet. We had a triple room with 3 incredibly comfy beds. We had such a good sleep. Everything in the room was perfectly luxurious and spotless! Bathroom had all that we needed. Gorgeous shower. Soft fluffy towels. Beautiful decor. And the lovely staff remembered it was my birthday and had decorated with a surprise Happy birthday balloon above the bed! Breakfast was included in our rate and absolutely delicious! Fabulous croissants, freshly made eggs anyway you wanted and served hot - so rare now even in top hotels! Fresh fruit and juice that was so tasty! Great way to start the day. All staff were polite and helpful. When I come back to Paris I’ll really looking forward to staying here. Loved it!!!

Location was good, close to bus and metro stops. Hotel was spotlessly clean, beautiful decor. Rooms had everything you needed. Staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was cooked fresh for you every morning. Very quite, no street noise or noise from other guests.
