- The staff at the reception were very friendly more especially Lisa. I liked the the room even though it was small I still enjoyed as it Paris rooms are usually small. Liked the location so easy to go anywhere with the metro. I Will definitely stay again
- It was very clean. As an American traveling in Europe the space was pretty decent. Not American size space but better than some other hotels in Europe. It's close to the rail system which was a plus. The staff is great!

Cons -
- The cleaning could improve.
- My experience at this hotel was the worst ever. We travel at least three times a year for over 20 years and we have never seen a more rude staff. Two men on the front desk spoiled our Paris experience as much as possible. No more Best Western hotels.
- The rooms are small. But the hotel price was also quite reasonable and the value ratio was therefore good
