    Pros +

    • The staff at the reception were very friendly more especially Lisa. I liked the the room even though it was small I still enjoyed as it Paris rooms are usually small. Liked the location so easy to go anywhere with the metro. I Will definitely stay again
    • It was very clean. As an American traveling in Europe the space was pretty decent. Not American size space but better than some other hotels in Europe. It's close to the rail system which was a plus. The staff is great!
    • Very nice staff. Breakfast is very good and well organized.

    Cons -

    • The cleaning could improve.
    • My experience at this hotel was the worst ever. We travel at least three times a year for over 20 years and we have never seen a more rude staff. Two men on the front desk spoiled our Paris experience as much as possible. No more Best Western hotels.
    • The rooms are small. But the hotel price was also quite reasonable and the value ratio was therefore good

Good location but borderline with a more sketchy part of Montmartre. Wouldn't go out by myself at night

The room size is very small, very very small

    4LeighaPosted on: 10-2-2017

    Close to the metropolitan.

The TV didn't work, the shower didn't drain properly and flooded the bathroom every time we took a shower! The room had a very nasty smell to it. The man at the check in desk was extremely rude!! The breakfast was gross and cost extra.

    Quite modern.

Staff were terrible, problems were unresolved.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-17-2017

Room was clean Safe box in the room

Location was scary at first but once you walk around it was pretty nice. You're pretty much with the locals no other tourist in sight.

The parking situation was a bit unclear and we ended up spending a lot more money than anticipated on parking st the hotel

The stuff we’re very polite and helpful . Made sure to provide me the best informations about the city and the property

The room was very cold , especially the bathroom . The air conditioning was loud and was warming the room enough .

The hotel was lovely, and although the double room was small, it was perfect for our 2-night stay. We even managed to have a nice view of the Sacre Coeur!! The staff were very helpful as well. Lovely breakfast.

The location was good for reaching Montmartre on foot and super close to the metro that goes into central, but I must say it felt sketchy (especially at night).

location next to the metro.Decent renovation

The bathroom was absolutely cold, we could stand there for more than 1 minute. I dont know what happened most likely because of the ventilation. The air condition was also broken and could barely work -not at all- and thats why we asked for extra heater from the reception.Breakfast was okay, limited choices and eggs and bacon could be over if you go down after 9.30.

    The design is lovely.

    1. The cleaner woke me up in the morinng, cosnstantly knocking on my door. And I clearly put the "Please Don't Disturb" sign out, but she still knocked on the door so many times to wake me up.2. The receptionist in the morning told me I can order what I want and pay later when checking out. They will put it on my card. And so I did. But then in the night, I went to the reception and told the receptionist who works in the night that I would like to have a beer and I will pay when check out. And he yelled at me saying I can't. Saying, "You want me to make a mistake?!!". I told him that the receptionist who works in the morning told me so. They said they will put it on my name and I can clear my bill when checking out. He was still mad until later. I think it's unprofessional.

Lovely welcome from the reception at my arrival. Everything was very smooth with the check in and check out. The room was bigger than I thought with everything needed for a short stay. Beautiful view on the Sacre Coeur from the 7th floor. Clean room, comfy bed and nice and large shower. The hotel is only 15 minutes walking to the main attractions in Montmartre and only 2 minutes from Porte de Clignancourt Metro station where you can start to explore more popular areas like The Marais or The Louvre and more. Very easy to find and walk to with a luggage (no hill). Thanks to the lovely and very kind lady at the reception (sorry I dont have your name).Merci! :)

Great location and really nice breakfast!

Quite basic but absolutely fine if you're just using it as a base to explore!

    8EleniPosted on: 11-7-2025

Close to the metro. Cute design, nice spaces. Reception stuff very helpful. My room had a breathtaking view of monmarte. Breakfast adequate, I would like some more options.

Dodgy area. Not enough towels upon arrival and dirty pillow case, but the stuff fixed super quickly.Bathroom door didn’t open all the way. No ventilation in the bathroom. The kitchen stuff was SO rude. One ladle made fun of me in French, she thought I didn’t understood.

    8JohannaPosted on: 11-6-2025

Room was really clean and stuff was nice

I don’t recommend the location. I was there with a friend and we were two girls and didn’t feel quite safe there.

    10KardamonPosted on: 11-5-2025

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and cozy, housekeeping was done every day, and towels were changed daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The view of Sacré-Cœur is wonderful, and the metro is just a short walk away!

The room was sweet and comfortable, the staff was amazingly caring, friendly abd helpful, we also liked the surrounding area

It would be nice to have a kettle in a room, toilet accessories or slippers — those details that make the stay more comfortable Also the breakfast would be even better with some vegetables
