I booked a room clearly described as having a city/landmark view. Upon arrival, I was given a room with an interior view, which was completely different from what I had reserved.When I asked for an explanation, I was told that city-view rooms were not available and that I had been given an “upgrade”. They mentioned that I did not have to pay anything extra. However, from my perspective, this was not an upgrade at all, as the view was the main reason I chose this reservation.I do not understand why a reservation is accepted and confirmed for a specific room type if it is not actually available. This lack of transparency was disappointing.On a positive note, the location is very good, close to a metro station, and overall the hotel may offer decent value for money. They did not accept an early check-in, but they kindly agreed to store my luggage and even brought it up to the room later, which I appreciate.However, I was disappointed by the way the reservation was handled.

Spotlessly clean room with a spacious bathroom in a new hotel. Friendly staff; possibility to store luggage.

The location is great, close to a metro and RER station and right in front of a nice museum.It was super clean, the bed was super comfortable and the size of the room was nice for Parisian standards. The rooftop is awesome!

The entrance of the hotel has some steps, for me it was not a problem but for people with reduced mobility should take it into account.There is an elevator after some steps but it is super tiny.

All the staff members were kind,professional and very helpful..

The elevator is extremely small! Not enough for a person and a luggage! And if you are a bit not comfortable with elevators then will be a problem as the hotel have 7 floors!

This is, in many respects, a typical Paris hotel. We were very happy to stay there.The location is good, and very convenient to Metro, RER and TGV. If you prefer to walk, many South Bank locations are within reasonable distance.The breakfast was good, the staff friendly and helpful, the room clean and quiet and air conditioned. The bathroom was very good and no shortage of hot water. The bed was comfortable, and it was possible to store packing cubes underneath it.Being a Paris hotel, the room is not large (but not as cramped as a London hotel). There was very little storage, and no refrigeration. The 'desk' was a fold-down panel. We did not want to spend down-time in the room.Nonetheless, this a fine place to stay, and we recommend it.

We have no criticisms.

Location, staff, cleaning

The location was great. It was next to multiple subway lines.

My room didn’t have a refrigerator but this was just a minor inconvenience.

Super friendly staff, great location near the metro/RER station. Spacious room and bathroom for Paris standard.

The hotel was lovely. Comfortable bed, really nice room, great bathroom facilities and a roof terrace to top it all off.

The shower door leaked slightly..

Everything was perfect, the location was good with good connection to the center. The room was clean and very comfortable, the staff extremely polite and helpful. Special mention for the receptionist that was late night: friendly and smily (do not know his name)! Same for Marco and all the other staff at the breakfast that was so kind and helpful! They really made you feel welcome

Nice room where good design and ergonomic can compensate for the lack of space. Very clean, quality items, excellent location for metro access in a nice neighbourhood.

The staff were very helpful and easy to approach and talk to.The location was good, lots of bars, restaurants and cafes, the metro was only a 2min walk away.

Size of the room was a bit small.The bathroom window did not open, as it was permanently closed, It is nice to have some fresh air in the bathroom.

The hotel staff were incredible, the check in process was super easy & quick. My room was nearby the lift and I did not hear it at any point during the night. The hotel is located right next to the subway which made it easy to travel to different parts of the city. The hotel is also located in a nice/local feeling neighbourhood which was lovely to come back to after a big day of site seeing. I was also able to order take away food to the room through an app provided by the hotel (sort of like uber eats) and the hotel staff would deliver the take away directly to my room personally. Honestly an incredible stay, the room was extremely clean and staff were lovely. Would stay here again.

Being a solo traveller and booking the single room was honestly okay (i've had worse in other European hotels). The only 2 things I would note (not that it had any affect on me) was that the shower is located basically inside the bedroom and a step away from the toilet. After having a shower the floor around the toilet was wet. The second thing to note, the lift is very small (only enough room to fit 1 x person and 1 x suitcase) which was fine for me, however groups travelling/multiple suitcases may want to consider this - as you may need to do a few trips up and down.

Great location, spotless rooms, nice lighting and lovely shower in the bathroom. The staff allowed us to check-in two hours early as our room was ready which was really appreciated.
