    Pros +

    • It was a nice location (near a subway stop and good restaurants), very clean, and staff were friendly.
    • Rachel who is managing the reception at this hotel was my hospitality hero for three nights. No request was too much for her and she always handled them with warmth and a big smile. It just proves that even the fanciest hotel comes down to nothing if you don't have the correct employees. And yes, it should be their job to take care of guests. That is what they get paid for. And yet, with Rachel, I got the impression that it was more of a passion. That it was her passion to keep her guests happy and providing with an unforgettable experience. It is people like Rachel, who make people come back. Period. So I am happy that I have another treasure in the vast hospitality ocean in Paris.Location of the hotel is brilliant. All major locations were literally 10 Uber Minutes away. Our room was massive for Paris, although not necessarily our style. But it was very clean, mega water pressure in the shower, had big TV and comfy bed. Internet was working super fast throughout the entire building. Delicious breakfast at reasonable rates in the morning put us into a good mood. The only annoyance was the elevator which had to be shared with housekeeping staff. But you get used to it as it is quite normal in Paris.
    • Location is great, three minutes walk to a very convenient metro station. Area is quite safe and got lots of facilities and shops.Beds were comfortable, room is large enough.

    Cons -

    • The breakfast was decent, but seemed overpriced.
    • That we had to leave.
    • Shower head was not quite useful, hard to use but not a big issue.

Room is clean. And location is great for people want to travel around city. Its right next to metro station.

the room is too old. they need renovate the building to match 4 star hotel. Since it is next to main street, it is noise during the night, I can hear the people shouting on the street.

Clean, nice, friendly and helpful staff, free bottles of water.

The air conditioning was not on, and it is planned to be on only some time in May. The room was hot. Fortunately, we had a room overlooking the back, so we were able to open windows, otherwise it would be very uncomfortable. I felt sorry for people with windows overlooking the high traffic street.

    Clean and nice room decoration

A bit small window to look outside.

Our stay: March 2025 Well located. There are many restaurants and cafe nearby. Walking distance to the metro. Spacious room, small bathroom, neat and clean.

Great location and transport links. Lovely brasserie next door with friendly staff. Lots of places to eat on the same street. Local street market outside on Sunday.Helpful, welcoming staff. Would recommend.

Single bed a little uncomfortable for our liking.

    10VuceljicPosted on: 3-3-2025

Everything was perfect! The hotel is 5min walk to the metro station, which has excellent connections to every attraction. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Also, it was a very safe place to be. Would recommend.

Room was well equipped and cleaning service was good. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Hotel only has one elevator, which meant having to take the stairs at busier times.

Room was great. Comfy bed and daily roomservice if you wish. Staff were very helpful and kind. Location good - safe neighborhood at night, there's a farmer's market just outside the hotel on certain days of the week, metro station literally 2min walk from hotel. Plenty of options for places to eat near hotel. We had a lovely room with a view of the eiffel tower in the distance . Overall great value for money in an expensive city like Paris and the lovely staff made it a smooth process.

We were happy with the bathroom size however it might be small for some people. Floor does get wet when showering but it was a minor inconvenience.

Great location on the metro 7 line, short distance of all the main attractions of Paris

    8TajahPosted on: 11-8-2024

Room was nice and in a great location to visit all the tourist hotspots. The hot chocolate from the machine was good!

The corridor had a bit of a damp smell.

    6MarlaPosted on: 10-13-2024

Hot shower, good wifi and very clean room. Bed was comfortable

Room was on street corner; was quite loud late at night and again early in the morning (from 6am onwards). Decoration was crazy: swirly red carpet and dancer mural in room. Not a normal beige hotel room!

    9AnnedarwinPosted on: 10-2-2024

We only had breakfast once. . Likited choice but scrambled egg and yoghurt really nice

Hard to get a nice hot drink. No kettle for tea. Machine only half filled cups. Little milkShower base very very slippery and,a big step down

    9NellyPosted on: 9-18-2024

The room was spacious with AC, quiet and clean. a Kettle allow us to have tea and coffee in the room and water was available for free. The bathroom provided "Nuxe" shampoo/body, french quality brand. The place is at " la Butte aux caille" and there's is a lot of restaurants to chose for. We went to " La Butte aux Piafs" great value and delicious. The lady at the the Front desk welcome us warmly. She was very helpful with the metro navigation.

The bathroom ventilation was not working so it was very steamy. My neighbor went back to his room at 2h35 (middle of the night) and I had to ask them to tone down so i could go back to bed.I didn't took the breakfast as lot of place around were offering French artisan viennoiserie.

    6GeorgiaPosted on: 8-31-2024

    The rooms were spacious

Breakfast area was super messy, all tables full of dirty plates.

    8ElizabethPosted on: 8-27-2024

Good location near Metro and restaurants. Good room, no noise at night. Clean. Nice staff. Would go again

Tea and milk etc in room not replaced

    8LiesPosted on: 7-22-2024

Location was great . Easy access to shops and restaurants.Allocated room was too warm (A/C not working..). A big Thank you to Claudia and Marie for changing my room ....much appreciated. Also thank you for Hugo (at the reception) for the late checkout and booking me a taxi to CDG.

First room uncomfortable with poor A/C. Avoid room 308.

    8DarrenPosted on: 7-22-2024

I liked the location of the property as it was close to a metro station and a 15 minute trip to the Eiffel Tower and tourist locations. Hotel was clean tidy and good value for a Paris hotel

My Room was nice with a good view of Paris but the carpet and decoration was a little dated and could be modernised. But we were comfortable and the staff were friendly and courteous.
